House of Worktops Reviews

Oak worktops are great quality and the SmoothGuard 5X Oiling System is well worth the extra. Delivery was fast and efficient, with great customer service from start to finish.

Early days in my 'experience', I ordered 3 samples of Compact Laminate last Thursday, they arrived today (Monday). Excellent fast service. The quality of the sample is great - I loved the option of the bevelled edge. I will certainly be ordering as I need a surface length of over 3m, so am very glad to have been recommended House of Worktops by my bathroom fitter.

A quick delivery of the worktop which seems solid and good quality. One service missed out in error, but the customer services were very efficient and helpful.

The worktops were delivered three hours earlier than expected which was a bonus to us. The guys placed the two pieces where we asked and did so in a courteous and friendly manner despite the day being extremely hot.
The finish of the worktops is great and we are really pleased and happy with them.
We would happily recommend the company to our friends and relatives.

I’ve yet to use their full service but requesting samples and the speed of delivery was excellent. The samples provided give you a good understanding of the quality of the product as well as the colour/ style option chosen.

Very easy to order exactly the worktop you want cut to size and a real quality product when it arrives. Delivery was excellent in that it was quick and I knew exactly when it was due to arrive.
Could not fault ordering quality or delivery . Very pleased with the whole process.

Great customer service
Stunning worktop

Samples arrived quickly, a good size that gives you a proper idea of what they may look like.

Good live chat support even on a Sunday. Ramya was very helpful with questions for a custom order!

I sent a message on Facebook message as I had to ammend my order Ramya was brilliant got straight back to me and putting my mind at rest that they had received my email. Thanks Ramya.

Fair prices on a great selection of worktops. Easy order process and fast tracked delivery.

Great experience!
Easy selection of products, with the right extras available for your selection.
Placed order @ 9:30am on Friday and had said worktops and upstand delivered on Monday.
All round great service, communication and prices :-)

Excellent product and so flexible. My worktops came cut to exact size with hob and sink holes cut perfectly. Absolutely brilliant for the DIY kitchen installer. Delivery team so helpful. Can’t find a fault at all with this company. Well earned 5 starts.

Absolutely couldn't fault House of Worktops. I did a random searh when looking for a worktop and this company came up. I was very dubious about using anyone other that the established B&Q type operations but I check out their reviews and they seemed really good so I took a gamble. I ordered on a Friday evening and by Saturday morning I'd got notification that my delivery would take place on Monday and it did. Bang on time and the guys that delivered were fantastically helpful.

This is one of the best online retail experiences I've had in a long time and I highly recommend House of Worktops. 10/10

Ordered the 20mm solid oak worktop for a camper I’m currently building. Communication was excellent as was delivery. 2 man tan bright the item straight into my house. Faultless service. Highly recommended. Would defo purchase from these guys again.

I received my samples within 3 days and they are very good quality. We have decided on one for a large island and will be ready to order in about 9 weeks.

No emailed receipt sent but within a few minutes, I received a text trying to push further purchases and then in less than 24 hours another text saying that I had a last chance since they hadn't heard from me. (A) send receipts by email and also emails when you say you have and (b) do not be so pushy and intrusive. Still dont know if this is a scam so may have to contact credit card company and cancel. Poor - AVOID

Really efficient company. After submitting our request we were asked to re-check and we had made a mistake so were able to rectify this before submitting. Fast delivery and brilliant updates from driver.

Brilliant service. So quick and amazing quality.
