I was sent a pretty stinky and curt email about the evidence i provided which made me feel as though i was being told off. I submitted a downlaoded invoice from my dentist not a card receipt so i thought my treatment was unfair - the manner and tone of your communication could be improved.
Depsite having a £50 limit for the year you have not given me the full amount, only £47, and i dont know why. I just seems that you are very reluctant to give out money, which i dont understand. Im still technically owed £3 for the year and the claims i have submitted far exceed this.

Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to note your disappointment with the handling of your claim. Unfortunately, the receipts submitted did not include your name or state the service provided and we need this for auditing purposes. However, your claim was settled and a standard letter was sent explaining our receipt requirements when submitting future claims; our letter was not intended to cause any upset. The sum of £39.00 was issued to your account on 30 July this year, and in view of the scheme you are on, we could only settle the balance of £11.00 on your recent claim which was issued on 25 September, this was a total of £50.00 and not £47.00 as you have noted.
