A Valuable Service That Could Offer Even More Support
I have been very impressed with the support provided by the Hospital Saturday Fund and the help it can offer people when they are going through difficult times.
One suggestion I would really encourage HSF to consider is adding kinesiology and suitably qualified kinesiologists to the list of recognised practitioners covered by the scheme.
Complementary therapies can provide valuable support alongside conventional medical care, particularly for people recovering from illness, surgery or a prolonged period of treatment. I appreciate that these therapies are not a replacement for medical treatment, but having a wider choice of recognised practitioners could give members another option to support their overall wellbeing and recovery.
I hope HSF will consider this in the future, as I believe it would be a worthwhile addition to an already valuable service.
