Rhodri was very good with delivery.
Rhodri was very good with the delivery and logs were easily and carefully dispatched from van to my garage.
Only downside of delivery that day, was that I was unwell, and was not given a time or time ‘window’ for the delivery…. so I could be ready .

Speedy process, ordered one day & delivered the next. Good quality, dry wood ready for burning.
Special mention & grateful thanks to the guy who delivered the wood - he went above & beyond to get the wood onto our drive (access impossible for size of van, so used the electric pallet truck plus his strength & some pushing from us!). Not many delivery drivers would have done that. So a huge thanks

Good product and Service
Delivered the ton bag to the back of the house and desired spot with no qualms. Logs are always dry and burn well. I started with Hillside last year and am happy to continue. They are very cheerful and helpful.

The charcoal is a great product
The charcoal is a great product, more or less smoke free, burns hot and leaves hardly any ash.
Service was prompt, nice people.
One thing, if they are going to encourage people to collect from their office then I would provide better directions.
