Love these puffer jackets for my dogs wouldn’t go anywhere else for one

Love this coat . I purchased a black / grey one last year . Great winter coat that keeps Ruby warm and dry .

Fantastic company, loved the grey tweed harness unfortunately would nit go over my boys fat head lol. If it was adjustable at front it would have been perfect, he has the grey tweed coat so wanted harness to match. Great quality.

Not fit for purpose at all and complete waste of money. Zip broke after a few wears and that is with our dog just trotting by our side. Company don’t want to know when I emailed about the product being faulty and not fit for purpose. Avoid at all costs

Brilliant and extremely helpful customer service. I'd bought a dog coat and jumper a couple of months ago. The coat is excellent and great quality, but unusually some of the stitching came loose and so I got in touch with H&H. The staff (Alfie) were really apologetic and couldn't have been more helpful. They immediately sent out a replacement, which arrived a couple of days later. I'd highly recommend H&H for the quality of the products and for their customer service.

I recently purchased the luxury bark grey dog bed. I accidentally placed a double order. This was quickly rectified and the goods were received later the same day. Excellent service and fast delivery. The bed looks extremely comfortable - I hope my Jack Russell loves it as much as I do!

Ordered a dog collar on line, followed the video on the website about how to measure my dogs neck, received the collar as its for a tiny dog. Asked how I could send it back and I have to pay for the return as their terrible customer service rep said that the sizing was clear on the website. Its not if you follow the video. If you were then to go into the size tab (which why would you if you have followed the helpful video) its still not clear what size collar is right for what type of dog. I wont be buying from them again, there are plenty of other makes that treat their customers better, would go elsewhere unless you like paying for the return of an item that is mislabelled.

I order a dog jacket and I am very impressed with the quality. I did send the first one back as it was to big and the new one is spot on.

We bought one of the harnesses for Milly when she was a puppy and it was brilliant and she didn't destroy it, which she has several others by chewing through the strap so we decided to try them again., It arrived very quickly and I'm very pleased with it and it is very good quality.

The coat had no hole on the back for a back harness clip. The raincoat we bought had one and we assumed all your coats had them. We're now finding someone to create the hole. :(

Ordered the overalls for Willow in the sale, they arrived promptly but unfortunately - as she is a little rotund - they did not zip up. Sent email to company requesting next size up and posted off the smaller size. slight breakdown in communications and i was refunded the price. went onlline to order correct size but sale had ended and now up to full price. Spoke to Alfie on phone and he set up the order online for me and i just filled in payment details (at sale price) and he also waived the delivery cost for me. They arrived two days later. A very pleasant and helpful person to deal with. Thank you Alfie.
