Having bought from Hugo & Hudson previously, and being very happy with their collars, they were our ‘go-to’ when the collars needed replacing (after a good length of time). The collar that we bought were of far inferior quality that they had previously supplied, looking very shabby after just a few weeks. We bought them in May 2023, and I emailed H&H in June, with accompanying photographs, voicing my dissatisfaction. As of today (25th August) I have not had a reply… hence this review. The quality of the products is only part of the experience, customer service is equally important, and, on this occasion, that has been severely lacking.

I purchased two high quality and unusual dog leads at an absolute bargain price.
The company provide an excellent service with up to date information at every stage of purchase, speedy despatch and follow up email to ensure customer satisfaction.
I would definitely buy from this business again. Thank you.

Easy website

The quality is outstanding for the harness and lead I ordered. So well made. Also the lead has a swivel lock which is so reassuring. The Customer service was great when I had a query. Items came very quickly. My dog looks beautiful in his new items. So pleased. I got them in the sale so I was lucky as was so reasonable.

Lovely quality, my Maltese looks lovely in all his matching stuff.

Not fit for purpose, very dissatisfied and disappointed with purchase. Customer service none existent and goes against trading standards for product quality and effectiveness of use for product description. Will never buy from this company again

Sizing was confusing on Web Site so received wrong size. Have e mailed to request a refund so we can order another and no reply.

The worst service I have ever received from a company.
Waited two weeks for a delivery then get an email saying order is cancelled as out of stock! What it took you two weeks to work that out.
Poor poor service and a customer lost

I did manage to buy some collar-harness-leash set for my pup when he was younger/smaller. Great quality products but it is such a shame that if you own a large dog than they NEVER have everything available in the same design! Such a shame cos I would buy everything from them for my dog as the products are great.

Excellent customer service - I emailed over weekend regarding a faulty buckle on a raincoat. Alfie came straight back to me, even though it was Saturday. Replacement product sent out on the Monday.
