Rented a superb dress from STAUD. It arrived early, the cut and fabric were beautiful. Compliments galore about the dress during our event.

This is such a great option! Great service, no huge spend to wear something once and then for it to live in your wardrobe rent free!

I rented for the first time- a Nadine Merabi dress and paid for rental dates as suggested by the seller. She sent the wrong size dress and the belt was missing. I didn’t receive the correct dress in time despite them claiming they sent it on time. The slip dress was a different size from the dress as well and had a stain. The customer service by Sarah B. and Isla was appalling and Sarah became very defensive as time went on. She couldn’t keep track of basic correspondence and made communicating unnecessarily difficult. The customer service team was completely useless. What a sham. So disorganised and not worth it. Couldn’t have been more stressful.

There is so much choice on Hurr I think the brands are brilliant, it would be useful if funds were only taken once the rental is confirmed, but otherwise I’ve loved renting my dresses, I feel amazing in a new dress for the day whilst doing my bit for the planet!

It’s a great service and I use it a lot. I do find the app a bit clunky at times (for example adding a shipping fee when you’re collecting the rental, but goes away if you restart app), but all in all a really great thing

A great concept and I’ve successfully rented several dresses and outfits via Hurr from great designers which I wouldn’t buy, especially for events like weddings where I would only wear the item once anyway! Lenders have largely been very helpful and communicative and willing to post out earlier than the start date which means more time to check everything fits okay.
The app can sometimes be a little glitchy e.g if you go out and then back in again, draft messages or searches with filters have often disappeared and you have to restart the process again. It is also a little annoying that purchasing credit does not count towards things like service fee and damage protection.

Hurr makes it super easy to rent gorgeous dresses as a wedding guest! Beautiful selection in a multitude of sizes. I highly recommend and am a returning customer!

Lots of choice, easy-to-use platform, and kind lenders. Also love being able to wear beautiful dresses without the price tag and with more sustainability for our planet considered.

I was requested to rent a dress from Phoebe R. from Tuesday 5th May to Friday 8th May. The dress didnt arrive until Thursday afternoon. I needed the dress for a wedding on Wednesday 6th May which is why I ordered it to arrive the day before. The dress also required a signature so myself, my partner and my mum took it in turns to stay at home over the days it was due to arrive. I had contacted the lender who wasn't very apologetic about the whole situation or forthcoming with sharing anticipated arrival times of the dress. They also have never processed a refund despite the dress being returned to them, clearly unworn with all tags still attached. I had contacted Hurr also during this period for any support they could offer twice. I still haven't received an email back from Hurr offering any advice or support to resolve the refund requested. Phoebe R (the lender) isnt replying to my messages either where I initially was just checking that they received the dress back safely. This was my first time renting from Hurr and I will never use them again.

Great communication links & quick responses to all query types. Clear instructions throughout and good prompts for next steps regarding delivery and dispatch of items.
Will definitely use again.
