All of a sudden my texts and calls won't go through. It just shut off without no explanation or any thing.

Wolf & Crew restored my number & contacts promptly

I had been using the service, then suddenly my account was closed and money lost.. Moroccan users were no longer supported. This is kids business

Number expired without any warning or notification.

COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Save your money and your sanity. I’ve been paying for a Hushed line, only to have it ripped away for no reason. I’ve literally been testing the service myself because I wasn't getting texts, and it’s completely dead. To be told by support that I’m "permanently suspended" after I’ve already paid is an absolute joke. I’m incredibly disappointed and angry that a company can operate like this. If you need a reliable number, look anywhere else but here. This service is a disaster.

TOTALL SCAM!! DEPOSITED GOOGLE PLAY VOUCHER THEN WAS ASKED FOR MY LEGITIMATE PHONE NUMBER AND HOME ADDRESS. DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF BUYING AN ANONYMOUS VIRTUAL NUMBER. LOST MY VOUCHER. DO NOT USE!

Extremly terrible experience after paying for a monthly suscriptionof an unlimited plan, everything seem to be working fine but few minutes later they disconnect and canceled my phone line with any previous notice. The worst part is that the took my money and did not want to refund me ! I only tested for few minutes and that was it. I do not recommend this app for someone who is looking for a reliable phone or text virtual service.

They allowed me to create an account using my business email. Paid and everything. Started messaging and all of a sudden they CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT. All my chats, all my efforts gone.
On the ticket they told me this:

The account has been suspended indefinitely to prevent further risks towards burdening our network, service, and its users.

I’m very satisfied using Hushed. It’s a convenient app until now they’ve blocked me from using my phone number again for the second time. It’s because I repeat the same words. This time I was bugging my friend to help me move my belongings from my storage unit. I live in Canada and Section 2b under the Charter of Human Rights is Freedom of thought and expression. So I will be finding a Canadian company if they don’t reinstate my phone number. I think they’re based out of the UK. I wasn’t aware there are laws against speech there.

Even I filled out all billing info, I can't buy phone number because there is no "purchase" button.

totally fraud.. I got a number from hushed.. could not make any calls or received.. cheated me more than 20$ their customer support sucks.. it takes days to reply. do not be member of this stupid app

After a day of complaining about problems I had adding credit to my account, I realized it was my own fault.The people helping me were very courteous and answered questions very quickly.

Completely useless system. Regular texts just do not get received on the Hushed number I was allocated. Customer support service seemed obsessed that I was attempting to receive verification texts or two-factor authentication (2FA) texts from third-party services. But I was not and the support team never directly understood what I was quite simply explaining. This must be an Ai support programme because I can’t imagine a human being so thick.

THIS APP SUCKS!

I called 14 people, talked to 3 of them because others did not even answer and sent 5 messages and got banned.

Made another account, got banned after few days again. Why would they make a product/app for calling and textinf when you can’t even call!!
What do they expect one call and one text a day??

DELETE THIS APP AND GIVE THEM 1 STAR REVIEW, ABSOLUTE TRASH!

The app does not work. It has more glitches than functions. Setting up calls often takes more than 3 attempts, then the party can't hear your voice while you can, during calls, the voices sound like fast-forward and robotic, messages don't ping and don't appear at all until you go back and forth in the menu for them to appear, calls don't come through, calls don't ring... simply very very annoying. And if you go to live chat, it's not even real AI. It asks over and over the same question without helping you or answering your question at all. Totally useless. Safe your time and money and go elsewhere

I was banned and didn't get any notification so when I was trying to log-in I couldn't, I thought it may be a bug or updating the app or because Google sign in don't work sometimes so I said maybe I'll try again when they fix it, But no. So I received a new payment notification, and tried to login again but still couldn't. I contacted the support to see what's the problem then They told me I got banned for scam calls but now they will reactivate my account without any problem without asking why or telling me don't do that again.
First of all I wasn't scam calling, I called multi associations for help and not even for me, I called to help someone else. Second I canceled my subscription right away when I logged in. After a while, I received a "Failed Payment notification" why I don't know. Idk know who's scamming here. I contacted their support team again to ask why, they said you should cancel your subscription from 2 different places hahaha. I had one subscription for a phone number and I canceled it 100%.
But no, they have another opinion. That's the worst experience I ever had with an online tool or an app.

They have locked me out of both my accounts after depositing 100 USD in credits and then stopped responding to any of my emails. Non existent customer service and I'm out 100 USD. Please stay away

Shut down my service and lost all my contacts. Horrible company
