Please read the reviews. I wish I would have paid attention the the 2 stars on this site. The pictures show pieces that don't come with the outfit and than u can't purchase separately. The material is much much worse than listed. Customer service is extremely bad, horrible, non existent. Please don't buy from here!!! Save yourself money and headache

Extremely disappointing experience with Hussein Rehar. The quality of the clothing I received was nowhere near the standard portrayed in the advertising images.

There were clear and unacceptable discrepancies between what was shown online and what was actually delivered. The fabric texture felt cheap, the craftsmanship was poor, the finishing was disappointing, and the overall design lacked the detail and refinement shown in the promotional photographs.

For a brand presenting its clothing at this level and price point, this is simply not acceptable. The garments I received did not give the impression of the premium-quality pieces displayed in the advertisements.

Extremely disappointed. I've been waiting since 13 June for my order. I've contacted customer service several times, and each time I'm told it will be dispatched "in a few days," but nothing happens. Poor communication and broken promises. I hope no other customer has to go through this.

I would have given them negative in rating but couldn’t as the lowest you can give is one star! I read the reviews before but did not learn my lesson. As an international customer I ordered a suit which they sent through and I had to pay VAT and custom duty (more than hundred £ for one suit!). Their website mentions about this but certainly in the checkout you note there’s no shipping charge if you cross certain price point. I have ordered clothing from other designer brand from Pakistan and can came across such issue. There customer care is brilliant as they get pain for not assisting clients. If you’re an international client then get ready to pay twice the amount if you decide to get anything from them.

Extremely disappointing experience. I trusted the sizing advice provided by the company before ordering, but the outfit arrived completely wrong in size.

Trying to resolve the issue afterwards was exhausting; constant delays, being told “someone will contact you,” and no proper help or accountability. After I contacted my bank for advice due to the lack of resolution, the company then refused to help me altogether.

Poor customer service and very unprofessional handling of an international order. I would not order again.

I bought a ss 26 unstiched piece from them for eid (ordered 1 day after the collection came out) and they took 2 weeks to deliver it. HORRIBLE customer service. They even blocked me on instagram after i asked them to deliver my clothes and commented about this. so yeah...

I had a very horrible experience with Hussain Rehar. Ordered a simple shalwar kameez and it’s been more than a month, they haven’t been able to give it fixed as per my measurements, taken three times. They wouldn’t pick calls, resolve issues and have an extremely unprofessional behavior.

I bought Karandi Unstitched PANKHURI. Unfortunately the dupatta length mentioned in the list was 2.5 meters whereas actually found 2 yards. Similarly one lace was completely missing. Once I go for a brand I expect honesty, but sad to say You do not qualify to be a brand.

I wanted to place an order for the Parisa piece for my sister's wedding. The person in touch with me on whatsapp will not answer my questions in detail or call me back. No wonder the reviews here are so bad as well. For a brand of this calibre, truly expected better staff and service. Seems like they have no interest in serving their customers and the contact info is just some bot sitting there with no intention of helping people. Truly disappointed as an international customer...

I ordered a bridal outfit from Hussain Rehar and GOD my excpectations were met. I was over the moon to see my outfit. Loved the embroidery the packing and timely delivery.

I recently ordered for my wife and I was so happy with the way Hussain Rehar's team handled before and after sales services. Loved the outfit. Great quality with box packaging. Timely delivery. Shocked that a Pakistani brand offering such good products and amazing customer services. I surely will order again from Hussain Rehar.

Just ordered a suit from their luxury lawn collection and the dupatta that originally came with lawn was pure organza. The one that was shipped is a 3rd rate synthetic fibre dupatta. They are selling their own replicas and their exchange policy says no exchange no refund. Worst experience ever!

If you are an international buyer, please carefully consider their return and refund policy, and the notes they have added under each product. You have to pay the shipping charges. If anything goes wrong (especially with quality, which is the only fact they accept), then you also have to bear the return shipping charges. It doesn't make sense at all.

And the quality is not great. I purchased one dress, and the material was very cheap. It was like a see-through material. They offered a replacement, but I have to send it from UAE to Pakistan. I asked for free collection from the UAE, and they said they can't collect anything from UAE. That means they can deliver the product to UAE, but they can't arrange a return shipment from UAE... wonderful.

Don't just blindly fall into the goodwill and brand name they have; they don't have good service. You will simply lose your money.

It was my first time that I order something bridal and I’m very satisfied they were so cooperative specially Hina she is very cooperative and available to you for any queries. I’m very much satisfied..
