I bought 2 Hydrogen Water bottles from Hydrogenhealth.co. paid gkr expedited shipping. one of them came in broken I immediately emailed them with a picture of the broken product on delivery. Hanna responded the next day and said they would send a new one. It took 1.5 weeks before I got any follow up but them did end up sending me a new one expedited. In the beginning of the return I found out there is another website with a very similar web address Hydrogenhealth.com, 2 completely different companies. Hydrohealth.co is a good company and will rectify issues. There are alot of scams out there, so pay close attention to the exact web address.

The bottle took over 5 weeks to arrive. When we opened it, the product packaging was not new, the box had already been opened and there was no packaging inside the box, not even instructions.

As far as quality, the charging is buggy, the bottle leaks and sometimes doesn't turn on.

When we contacted customer service they said I was outside the time frame for a return or exchange --which had the product arrived in a reasonable time frame -- I would have been well within the time frame.

I saw Hydrohealth reply below and since there is not way to reply, I am editing my review.

Hydrohealth is either lying in their reply or disorganized in that this c/s rep couldn't find my order. I am happy to provide the email string between me and Hydrohealth where they refused to take responsibility for late shipment and faulty product. As I read their replies to other customers, I see a pattern where they sidestep issues and offer no solutions. I ended up reporting them to my credit card company because they ultimately protect me from shady enterprises like Hydrohealth.

I gave them one star because i had to give something. I ordered two of these Feb 13th Today is April 16th. I have sent emails and no response. Don't order from this company. It is a big hassel. Now I have to deal with my bank do get my money back

The "HydroHealth US" caused me to believe this company was in the US. Should have done my homework. I was charged for 2 orders because I had put an order in on another day and it was still in the cart the second time I went back. I immediately sent an email asking to be refunded for the second order. Never heard from them. Just received an email saying they shipped the whole order, from Hong Kong (we know how long those take). Fantastic.

Ordered 2 bottles and after one week it stopped producing bubbles and,hydrogen. When the company was contacted, they asked for proof . In offered to send a video of it and of course they haven't responded .

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! iTS ALL MADE IN CHINA AND THE WATER TASTES BAD , WHICH IT SHOULDNT . I HAVE READ ALL THE REVIEWS ( AFTER THE PURCHASE ) AND THEY ARE ALL TRUE . THEY JUST DEFLECT AND SAY THAT ITS NOT THERE PRODUCT , YOU MUST HAVE BOUGHT IT FROM ANOTHER COMPANY. NOT TRUE. STAY AWAY!

Used to chug coffee like there's no tomorrow just to say awake. Always felt jittery and crashed hard. Even since I switched to sipping water from my HedroHealth bottle, my energy levels are more stable. No more coffee breath, just feeling awake and alert without the caffeine shakes.

I ordered this product because they claim to use PEM/SPE technology which is false! It puts chorine in the water and they claim to have a 60 day fully refundable guarantee and they haven't responded to any of my emails. TOTAL SCAM FROM CHINA!!!

I received my HydroHealth bottle. I did not receive a charging cable. I asked to return it because there’s a 30 day return policy, Hannah told me to give it to a friend and they would refund me 40%. Not ideal but I thought at least I wouldn’t be losing the whole thing. It’s been two weeks I’ve not received a refund I keep emailing and getting no response. They do not stand behind their policies.

It clearly says in the return policy that you have 24 hours to cancel your order. I placed an order at 6am on Sat, then started reading all the bad reviews. I cancelled my order at 615 on Sat. They still shipped the order on Monday and charged me.

Received it after 6 days, the product is really nice. It tastes like normal water and I can really notice a difference. I'm all for brands who go against the current : you can heal your body with nature, yes I'm all for it!

Customer service is horrible. Bought two bottles which lasted about a month. Countless emails back and forth obviously automated asking for more video proof. Finally gave up and threw in the trash.

Hydrogen bottle working fine then today at about the one month stopped producing
Lites come on and buzzers working but no production of hydrogen product works as advertised it just stopped producing

I am doing a review of reviews LOL before i purchase and from what i can tell everyone on this review chain that had a bad experience HydroHealth is claiming they did not purchase from their website, which i can understand when you look at all the similar websites with similar names. Hydro Health do you agree with this review?

I received the product on 1/25/24 and it stopped producing as much hydrogen in the bottle and the taste was noticeable different within 40 days. I reached out to their support via email and they were slow to respond and then asked for a video to prove what was wrong. I could only attach a 12 sec video and sent that to them on 3/12/24 and have yet to receive a response from them. Just sent my 3rd email today asking status. Their website says they guarantee for 60 days. Doesn't appear that is the case and they don't stand behind their product. When I first got it I did notice a change in how I felt so really disappointed they don't stand behind it. It was ~$90 so not chump change.

I tried to order three bottles from the hydrohealth.co site. "This store can’t accept payments right now." Is what I get when I try to pay for my order. And the AI bot chat thing is completely clueless with it's "I apologize, but I do not have enough information in the provided FAQ to determine why the site will not allow you to order" response. Not a great start for me.

(Update...I accessed the what I presume is the same website via computer rather than phone, and was able to finish my order with no issue)

This is a scam. I ordered a water bottle 4 weeks ago and have not received it. I have emailed them for the past 2 weeks And asked 5 times for a refund. They refuse to respond to that and just say it is coming. Tracking is fake also and doesn’t work. The company website has a support email but doesn’t work. You never know that it is a Chinese company because the website has a U.S. address.

Shipping time is OK, but it's worth the wait! I'm so happy I finally joined the hydrohealth community. There was this girl in the gym who recognized the bottle and said she had the same, I feel like it's getting popular with the day.

Bad company I ordered fromHydroHealthUS on January 28, 2024. I was told the delivery could not be made due to address issues. So delivery states it's been returned. I tried to reach out to them several times by (email only) of course. I gave the correct address twice and not it's now March 2, 2024. No reply, no product or response. This is definitely unacceptable especially buying 2 bottles with expedited shipping paying $165.00 so wrong. Return my money
