The biggest difference I've noted after using the hydrogen bottle for 2 weeks, is my lower blood sugar levels. I am an insulin dependent type2 diabetes sufferer. Since using the hydrogen waterbottle, my blood sugars have been noticeable lower and far easier to control. Thus far my experience with this product has been a positive one. It seemed to take a long while to receive the 2 bottles I ordered. Longer than I anticipated, however I'm feeling quite a bit better since I've started using it.

My father got taken in by these scammers after some "health guru" pitched these on facebook and he bought a hydrogen bottle for $90.

The glass got broken and after they refused to replace it I ordered a $10 bottle off amazon with the intention of taking the glass and attaching it to the hydrohealth base. The $10 bottle and $90 were completely identical products down to the base hydrogen generator. Both straight from China.

The representatives of this company was very fast and efficient with helping me, sort out my issue and corrected it! Thank you!

Upon receiving it, it did not work. I have been trying to get a hold of the company and they will not respond. I guess I’m out 89 bucks never again.

The issue was resolved quickly and professionally to my satisfaction. As it turns out HydroHealth was not to blame, the issue was all mine. Thanks.

Fast shipping, very high quality bottle, unlike other brands. Most reliable health brand!

Poor/nonexistent customer service. I charged my bottle one time and then promptly lost the charging cord. I emailed the company to enquire about purchasing a replacement cord and after several weeks and multiple attempts have not gotten a response.

The hydrogen bottle was working well , until the charging went off and didn’t work anymore .
On the next week the bottle stopped working the hydrogen cicle , I purchased the bottle 3 months ago and it’s just a normal water bottle now ,
I already contacted the company but no answer…

Bought two bottles. One came chipped, the other isn't working at all. There's a 60 day money back guarantee and when you ask them to send it back, they ignore you. They even said they issues a partial refund and nothing was ever refunded. Big scammers. Don't buy!

Bought 2 hydro bottles. One for me one for my wife. 2 weeks later I deployed and the wife’s stopped producing bubbles that first month. Didn’t get around to returning here’s. Mine just crapped out at the 4 month mark. I hit up customer services and they basically said there is nothing they can do. Will not buy from them again. I will shop another company

Tested both brand new hydro health bottles push the button it rises to 520PPB let the water sit for 3 min and drops down to 40PPB I own H2 water bottle it’s stays at 1200PPB

I ordered 2 water bottles back in February. I should have double checked the delivery address better (my mistake) as it had my current street address but wrong city (strange). That being said, I sent an email stating that the post office sent the order back and asked that it be sent to the correct address (I then gave them the correct address). It is now middle of May, I’ve sent SEVERAL emails. I’ve received emails in return; 3 of which were illegible with over lapping text, 1 was never responded to, and 2 of them promised the bottles were on their way. However they would not give me an updated tracking number and I still have not received my order. At this point, I don’t even want the bottles and I’m requesting a full refund. Just ridiculous

DO NOT BUY! Just another scam! I tested water before and after and no change! Just another gimmick! They promise FULL REFUND! They refuse to refund and I filed claim with PayPal! Then they lie to PayPal even though I submitted screen shots of their FULL REFUND policy! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

The bottle has leaked from day #1. You guys are making a refund or exchange very difficult. I do not appreciate it.

I have been using this clever invention for several weeks now. I try to drink at least two bottles daily. I am feeling quite healthy and I think it has to do with hydrogen infusion produced by the bottle.

Originally I ordered two hydro bottles with cooling sleeves. One bottle was defective upon delivery and NO sleeves were included. The defective product was replaced, but no cooling sleeves were delivered. I am still missing two cooling sleeves.

I had an issue with my water bottle but thankfully Hydrohealth resolved it completely. Good customer service.
