Update 17.12..
After 2 weeks of waiting on the 15th Dec. I have asked them to refund me. But now they don't even reply to my emails.
Hyperx sales is total rubbish!

Hard time without a keyboard............I have odered a hyperx ducky keyboard from the official site. I have to tell I'm very disappointed, my shopping experience is very bad! a week not enough to dispatch my item also messing around with my address which was right originally too. Am I right if I think there is no real stock and you have no information from my actual order? also I have paid for 2 working days delivery but that not hapenned.customer service phone number not working need to write an email. I received a reply "your order will be shipped soon" soon really? how soon? I have to think there is no stock the customer service member has no idea from orders just fake "please confirm your address". If I know this I would never buy from hyperx. I have spent some money on hyperx products over the past years but I will avoid in the future....even by my headsets elsewhere.

Update a week an 10 emails later:

"Dear Sandor,

Thank you for buying at HyperX.

We would like to advise you that the ordered product HyperX x Ducky One 2 Mini is currently out of stock in our UK warehouse and therefore are unable to ship this to you."

I've purchased HyperX Alloy Origins Core tkl keyboard and it's great! However, the software is horrible, and setting it up is really tedious.

Bei meiner gaming tastatur ist eine tastenkappe die Halterung ausgebrochen.Support angeschrieben, und obwohl meine Garantie seid 1 Monate abgelaufen ist. Wurde mir sofort gantiert und über Kulanz eine komplettes Tastenkappen Set versichert. Das demnächst zu gesendet wird.

Had an out of warranty headsets and they replaced it no problem! They even paid for my shipping.

Bought a $300 headset it broke on me. They still haven't gotten back to me with my rma 3 emails later and nothing garbage company will never buy any of their products again and told my friends to buy another brand

Customer service is absolute rubbish! The say they have dispatched the item but DPD say they have only received order details but not the parcel.
It's been 5 days since I placed my order and already asked to have my delivery fee refunded because the item hasn't been delivered in the 1-2 day timeframe.
DPD MakeItRight have told me they definitely haven't received it and HyperX (person named Lukschene) are adamant they have sent it to DPD.

HyperX customer service are closed on the weekend so now I won't get anywhere until Monday! It's shambolic how these two companies cannot communicate between each other and I have to do the chasing up. What a nightmare!

These clowns wouldn’t replace an 8 dollar extension chord that my dog chewed up, 2 weeks later the headset jack crapped out on me. Don’t waste your money on this cheap s**t, please spend it anywhere else.

I recently saw that my headset was broken so i mailed them and they just sent one to me for free with no nonsense just a good and straight service and good quality products.

I recently just got my new HyperX Alloy Origins Core keyboard (with aqua switches) and it is amazing! Just what I wanted! Fast, responsive clicky switches with some RGB makes a beautiful keyboard! 5 out of 5 stars! Definitely would buy again!

Shocking customer service and misleading packaging. Bought the cloud ll headset as it says pro gaming virtual 7.1 compatible with xbox one ps4 pc and mobile yet there is no means to control volumes or mut mic that option is for usb sound card only. Not ps4 or xbox so how can tbis be a pro gaming headset if you cant controll volumes or mute the mic and cant get virtual 7.1 this is basically poor over priced chat mic that cant be muted

Meine Tastatur wies nach etwa 15 Monaten täglicher Benutzung Defekte auf. Viele Tasten wurden zweimal bei einmaligem Tippen ausgelöst.

Der Kundenservice hat sich dem Problem angenommen und eine schnelle Lösung gefunden. Die Tastatur funktioniert nun einwandfrei.

The leatherette ear pads are so comfortable! Great sound quality, sound isolation is working. I like that the mic could be removed in case I just want to watch a movie or listen to music. My voice is always clear to others in Discord.

I don't write reviews often, but I thought I'd leave one this time because the level of customer service I've received from HyperX is amazing.

So far I own 3 HyperX products, I've had 2 warranty replacements, one for my headset cable, and just today for the whole headset itself as the right channel stopped working.

I really can't stress enough how good the customer service is. After contacting them through the website I received a response the next morning, and within 2 days I got notification my replacement was being dispatched.

HyperX products itself are of high quality, but when they do break they get replaced.

Really like their headsets but I have had bad experiences with the other products.

Their peripheral software is subpar, maybe it's because I am spoiled by Logitech's software.

I bought a keyboard RGB mechanical, wasnt the best keyboard in the world but it kept repeating keystrokes. Contacted Hyper X for a possible refund, in fairness immediate response sending me out another within a week. respect for the genuine care given even though the product isnt the best in the world.

I would recommend Hyper X as a result, just view the product before you buy it.

Have headphones for 2 months, and I can say that these headphones is the best in our universe. I had a lot of headphones, but Cloud II comfort and quality is the BEST, and im not a fan boy or something like that, but the price and quality talks for themselves, even though the headphones are quite old, but almost every streamer still uses. Really recommend Cloud II.

I live in the UK. I had a problem with the mic causing massive interference after 18 months of ownership. I contacted customer support and with no question a new headset was dispatched to me which arrived a couple of days later. In these corona times you simply couldn't ask for better. The headset is fantastic and backed up by excellent customer support. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Great company.
