Wayne has been excellent. He took a personal interest in our purchase and was very active in chasing the chain and keeping us involved and informed. Thank you Wayne and team.

Wayne and the team at Waterside have been outstanding, going the extra mile on more than one occasion. Wayne has shown great patience and perseverance and I would highly recommend him to other house seekers.

Really happy with the service I received and the speed in which a tenant was found especially going on the market in the run up to The Christmas period. Communication was great with very quick response times. Would definitely use again.

Hythe and Waterside were professional, helpful, and efficient. They are a friendly team and they responded warmly and promptly to queries.

I'd definitely recommend Hythe & Waterside to potential tenants and landlords.

Joe and Wayne were always happy to help with anything and communicated very well! They both played a big part in helping me purchase my first home and I can’t thank them enough!

Wow, just wow. Wayne and the team at Hythe and Waterside have been amazing with our sale. Not just the sale but to get us to completion. They have been driving it through to the very end. Wayne has sold two of my properties now and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Amazing service and would throughly recommend.

Professional, efficient and dedicated. Special thank you to Wayne and Joe for all your work regarding my purchase.

I have used Hythe and Waterside for both letting and selling my property. A complete service that takes all the hassle out of the process, as good as one can get. Everyone is helpful, friendly and efficient. Excellent service, highly recommended.

Wayne and the team at Hythe & Waterside were professional, helpful and kept us informed throughout. Highly recommended!

From the first moment we entered the door to the completion of the house sale and purchase transaction, all the team at Hythe and Waterside were friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. They worked to ensure that progress was made and if there were any issues, helped us to resolve them.

We have had excellent service from this company. Nothing has been to much trouble from all the staff we have dealt with both in sales and letting.

A very helpful and friendly partnership.
They were professional at all times and went that extra step for us.
What could have been a stressful process turned out to be a breeze.
We would thoroughly recommend Wayne & Joe and the Hythe & Waterside Team.

Wayne went above and beyond to manage our new house purchase. Making himself available for viewings outside of normal office hours, dealing with all queries/requests in a professional, timely and helpful manner. Would definitely recommend to all. Thank you so much for your help!

The Hythe and Waterside team are prompt and helpful when it comes to completing documentation and getting moved in. All issues have been resolved quickly and the process to move in is easy.

We reached out about a flat we were interested in, got a viewing a few hours later. A very positive experience and we’re now happily living in the first flat we viewed.

Joe and the team were very helpful from start to finish. He did the negotiating on our behalf when it came to our sale and took the stress away. He was even able to advise what a sensible offer would be on our new property which was helpful. And when everything had gone to the solicitors, Joe was able to find out information for us that the solicitors hadn't yet told us and kept in regular contact throughout. We would use Hythe and Waterside again and would highly recommend them to anyone considering using them. Thank you Joe and team.

We have just bought our new home through Hythe and Waterside, in fact we move in in two days. The service from H&W has been excellent from start to finish. Wayne kept us updated at all stages and even did some hasselling when required.
