Returned part back and no refund
Ordered a part for my car and the box had the right part number but had the wrong part inside when I went and opened it. After going back and forth a little bit I got a RMA to return it. Sent it back to them and was told that could possibly not get my $400 back because i opened the box. Talk to customer support and they just kept ending the chat when ever I asked. I then sent it back to them and they asked for 5 business days for to look at it. Its been alot longer and they havnt emailed me or responded to any of my attempts to contact them. Completely ghosted. Now it says that the email that I was using to contact them doesn't exist anymore. Alot of money i payed for them to just ignore me. This is been going on sense June 15th. The part arrived to them on June 29th and I still havnt heard word about my refund. I was even charged to send the part to them and was told if they dont want to take it back ( even tho it was their mess up) I would have to pay them to send it back to me. Kinda stupid when they are the ones who sent me the wrong part . They will probably delete this review but I will at least have a record that I left it.

Don't believe their VIN checker
Ordered parts, used the VIN checker tool on their site to confirm the parts would fit, it said they would. What they sent me absolutely did not fit, and they would not RMA them, despite this issue being their fault. Chargeback has been initiated with my credit card. I will not give them my business in the future.

Horrible Customer service and business. I ordered parts from this company only to have them arrive damaged and broken. This company does not accept any accountability for itself. They are not honorable enough to give a refund or any compensation for damaged parts. Every email, every call is just a circus show of run-around. PLEASE DONT USE THIS SITE TO ORDER. My experience with HyundaiPartsDeal has been extremely disappointing.
I placed an order based on the shipping estimate provided at checkout. After the order was processed and a non-cancelable controlled part was ordered, I was informed that I needed to pay an additional $292.94 in shipping charges, bringing the total shipping cost to more than $338.
Had I known the actual shipping cost beforehand, I would never have placed the order.
What made the experience even worse was the customer service. Representatives were not friendly, did not seem interested in helping, and one representative simply ended the chat without resolving the issue or attempting to escalate it. Responses felt dismissive and focused on blaming the customer rather than addressing the concern.
I also submitted a support ticket and did not receive a response.
I have been involved in e-commerce for many years, and this is one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have had. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

The part
The part, a coolant reservoir cap did not fit tightly. I had to modify it so the cap so it works. Easy enough. The shipping costs doubled the price, could have been less. Didn't tell shipping cost until end of purchase.
