I walk in to the shop and ask if could have a look my phone ear piece was very low with 5 minutes come back downstairs and said it’s all done because it dirty and said it’s done for free which was brilliant and I’m looking forward to using them again.

Recently had my computer repaired and data retrieved by i-Squad. Am totally saisfied with the work undertaken as well as the price. The i-Squad's customer skills put me at ease and as a result I am a very satisfied customer. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

I wanted a MacBook but didn’t want to pay the price for a new one. I phoned isquad and they had a used one in my price range. A week later I phoned again, gave a deposit, gave my contact details and made an appointment to collect the laptop on Saturday and have some data transferred. I arrived on the day to be told the technician had to take the day off at short notice. Whilst I obviously understand people need to take time off, especially if there is a problem they need to resolve, I was disappointed that no one had contacted me to rebook and I had made a wasted journey. The next evening isquad contacted me, apologised, and arranged to collect my laptop from my house, transfer the data and return both laptops back to me at home. The technician arrived on time, apologised about the Saturday appointment explained what the issue was, took my old laptop and made an appointment for the return. When the technician returned the hardware to me he took time to go through the setup of the new(ish) MacBook with me, made sure I was happy and that I could work it without issues. I’ve gone from being unhappy to being a happy customer. We can all make mistakes and it’s the way in which those mistakes are resolved which really matter. isquad took time to put things right and make sure I was fully satisfied with the product. The technician also explained that as part of their care routine they can always be contacted if I have any queries in the future. Would I recommend isquad? Yes. After a little wobble they put everything right and left me feeling that they care about their customers. They also understand the technical aspects of the software and hardware and explain it in a way I can understand. Thank you.

I'm really pleased I found iSquad on my Google search to repair my iPhone. They were friendly understanding and very helpful. They kept me informed of progress with the repair (needed to have some internal re-soldering done) and I was delighted at the final cost which was much lower than I thought. They are a great team.

They fixed an old screen so my son could have an early birthday present during lockdown. Meant he kept in touch with his friends and he had a big smile on his face. Friendly and helpful and quick. Very impressed. Would recommend.

COVID is the worst thing ever.

UNLESS you're a teenager who drops her phone while trying to carry too much. Then, global pandemics pale into insignificance.

Luckily, we knew exactly where to go and even during these terrible times, we were able to [socially distance] walk-in and get it fixed. EXACTLY as and when described, brand new shiny screen within the hour.

Nearly didn't finish my Nero's coffee it was so speedy..

We had a homeschool accident with a lap top screen. Called I-squad, dropped the broken item straight down to them and within a couple of days all repaired and good as new. Excellent value for money, good quality repair and such friendly service. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

I was really impressed with iSquad, who managed to rescue my MacBook after serious water spillage and hard drive problems. They identified the problem swiftly and got everything running very quickly. Repair costs were extremely reasonable. Fast, efficient, friendly and professional.
