I have now had my iphone and iPod batteries replaced by iSquad.
I have also recommended to my family members for various iphone repairs and batteries.
We have all been very impressed with their friendly, prompt and value for money service across a number of devices now.
I would never take my ‘Tech’ anywhere else.
Also glad to see their smart shop in Chelmsford still open and operating !!

The team are so friendly and genuine. They are quick to work around you as best as they can, they are very efficient! Had my iPhone XR repaired with them a few times so I would definitely go back. 100% Reasonable prices, wouldn’t go to anyone else! Honestly, trust them because they are very good at their job x

Had been in before with a problem with iPhone. Took about 5 minutes to fix but there was no charge.
This time it was a problem upgrading operating system on MacBook and needed a new battery.

iSquad very helpful, explained whole process and resolved issues and followed up to ensure everything ok. Would be pleased to recommend them (and I have to friends)

Popped into the the i-squad shop today, couldn’t have been more helpful. My I-phone wasn’t charging and thought I would need a replacement charger port. After a free assessment turned out it just needed the charging port cleaning. Great to get a free honest assessment of the phone, and cleaned up the I-phone charger port for free. Highly recommend!

Gordon and the iSquad couldn't have tried harder to fix my phone but it couldn't be mended - however they retrieved ALL the data from my old phone and seamlessly transferred it to the new one (I bought from them) very satisfactory outcome I will happily recommend the iSquad

First impressions, professional good vibes.

I am Writing this 2 weeks after getting an iphone screen replaced because the manger took his time to email me personally wanting to check in on his customer. Everything seems fine so far. If I have any problems I feel confident that i-squad will do their best to help because of their friendly positive attitude shown.

Needed a small repair on a MacBook. Was dealt with quickly, done well, friendly, could not be better.

I cannot speak highly enough of this company, it does what it says on the tin. I dropped my iPhone 5SE off for a new battery and picked it up an hour later. Am going to have an iPod battery replacement as well. The replacement battery is holding up well, unlike other companies products I have used, I also feel sure that if a problem arises and I need to return, I will not be met with a shrug of the shoulders and have a sudden problem with communication.

Macbook needed a screen replacement. Communication was excellent, no hidden costs, slight error on collection but the overall efficiency, speed and professionalism was first class. Very happy with the work.

Staff very friendly and kept me updated with regards to issues and solution to repair my computer. Unsure about comparable pricing as did not shop around, but pleased with the repair cost and they seemed reasonable to me. Computer repaired and works perfectly now. Thank you i-Squad.
