Laptop fixed

Went i with faulty charging socket and expected to pay for it to be replaced. After about 5 minutes it was handed back - working! "It just needed cleaning" they said, no charge.

I don’t even know where to begin because I’m just so happy with this service I wish I could do more to thank them. I had a fairly new laptop with a cracked screen and I brought it in to get fixed. They gave me a quote and said it would take a few days to order the part. Within a day and a half I got a text and an email that my laptop was ready. They even ran a diagnosis( hope I’m saying that right) to make sure everything was working properly. The customer service as A1, the girl at till is amazing and she is so nice as well. Any problems I have with any gadgets I will most definitely bring it to this squad.

Spoke to various other iphone repair in my area and no one helped or believed what I thought was the issue. Spoke to isquad and they new straight away without touching it. Came to my house and repaired and for a great price too! Can’t recommend them enough

Jazz and Gordon were great.
I have a very old 2012 MacBook Pro. It was running so slow I was going to throw it out in frustration.
The guys doubled the RAM, replaced the HD with a SSD and generally serviced it.
They totally renewed the MacBook. It’s running better than new. I’m so pleased as it is so chunky and solid and in great condition with only 221 battery cycles.
Very happy. Not expensive either.
Gordon even picked it up and dropped it off 🙏🏼

Excellent experience using i-Squad. We used the Mobile van screen repair, was fixed in minutes. And whist Gordon was there, we arranged for an iPad repair also, safe reliable and nothing too much trouble, fantastic customer service and really well priced. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I cracked my I-pad Pro. Screen and I-Squad were the only people to come back to me with a quote for my Ins. Co. Jasmine who I e-mailed back and forth with was brilliant, answering all my questions almost immediately and keeping me up-to-date all through the repair. I would recommend I-Squad to anyone who needed a similar repair. The customer service was excellant! So many times you get the feeling that people couldn’t care less if they help you or not, so to have this kind of service restores your faith.

I wasn’t sure if the team would be able to fix my sons PlayStation but they managed to really quickly and with great communication throughout telling us how things were progressing. Great service!

Brilliant! No need to book. Fixed within an hour (replacement battery for son’s iPhone) and much more reasonable price than anywhere else I had researched locally. Couldn’t think of anything negative. Very pleased son!!

Can't fault them. Started with a prompt helpful reply via "chat" to my request for a quote. I liked the price and offer to repair my phone the same day, if possible; spare part wasn't held on site. I dropped the phone off at the shop. Received a call 3 hours later telling me the phone was ready for collection. I said I'd struggle to get to the shop before their closing time, so they offered to hang on a short while after closing time as I lived local. Very pleased with the repair.

I got my I mac and 2 android phones fixed in no time...
