After 2 attempts to resolve an issue with the GPU on our 2011 iMac, it was evident it was beyond economical repair. Gordon at iSquad offered us a good deal on a later 27" iMac which was a major upgrade and a far less painful price than a new one. They transferred all our data and had us up and running in 24 hours. Battery had died on my old Macbook Pro, they sourced and fitted a replacement for me and now all is working fine. Reasonably priced as well. Had previously taken it to PC world who were not able to work on this old model.

MacBook Air about 9 years old had decided to start switching itself off after about 5 mins. iSquad stripped it down and discovered a number of issues including a bodged repair that has been done a few years before. These were rectified with new components and resoldered. The software was completely updated and the laptop has performed perfectly since. Photos were taken of the issues to show the components that needed changing. All for £160 and now I have my machine back …result!

Not genuine parts. They tried to re-repair my mac four times and failed because their replacement parts are not fit for purpose (cheap & not made by Apple). They wanted to charge me again saying I had damaged the device. Then they proved themselves that it wasn’t damaged. Branded like Apple but have nothing to do with them. Took 7 months just to get my money and mac back. It’s a scam.

After asking for recommendations via an online community group iSquad was mentioned many times. I went today to get my IPhone charger port fixed. Greeted by a member of staff who asked what the problem was, after 5mins of checking, it was returned to me fixed! They could have charged me anything as I had no idea what the problem was but they were honest and upfront that it was just blocked. Cleared it for me and when I asked what the cost was, I was just asked to give them a review. So I give them a five star review and would definitely recommend iSquad. Definitely will be returning with any other phone repairs!

I originally went to Isquad to repair the broken glass on the back of my iphone XR, all was fixed for a couple of months. Then all of a sudden my phone restarts and is completely unusable as it is displaying a messaging saying "battery not genuine apple battery" this was surprising as the battery was not touched. I took it to apple and they had said that when the repair was done, the phone was not repaired fully and left unstable. I then contacted Isquad again who was more than helpful at the time, I posted the phone back to them as they said I could not get a refund on the glass replacement without seeing the phone. I wanted a refund to be able to afford a temporary phone as I was up at uni alone. but they had managed to "fix it". I recieved the phone back and it worked for 2 days then broke again, the same issue with it. I got back in contact and was told they would have to look at it again which wasn't possible as I had to claim on my insurance which cost £100 as i could no longer be without a phone. I just wanted a refund for the original glass repair which ruined my phone in the first place. so now i am £200 down for an issue that wasnt caused by myself in the first place. I stopped receiving replies to my emails and am posting this review to ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Excellent service, excellent price, efficient and fabulous customer service, wouldn’t go anywhere else now I’ve found them.

I was impressed by their professionalism. My Ipad keyboard was not responding it appeared totally locked. The problem was diagnosed and the repairs carried out successfully at a reasonable cost.

I just wish I had discovered iSquad earlier. It would have saved me so much frustration (and expense) elsewhere!
The team are truly worth all the plaudits of earlier reviews and long may such a nice and efficient business prosper.
