This company have failed me and the PT profession as well as wasting my time and money. I applied for an expedited service but this was not done in the agreed time frame. They do not answer telephone or emails and their analysts struggle to speak English when he did answer me once. I am going to need to take legal action as was given information by customer services that there was no expiry with credential evaluations while completing my deficiencies, only for the website to change a few months later to say otherwise.

they need to close.i got 1 document that needs evaluation and paid 1 day review.its been 4 months, nothing is happening.if you call them its the same answer. they need to close!

This company is a SCAM! The only thing that went smoothly is my payment to them.
They never provided the credentials evaluation they got paid for, and of course I didn't get my money back.
How are they allowed to operate? Somebody should lock those scammers up!

There is 0 star choice! Been waiting since Sept 2020! This company are destroyers of time, money, and future! Please don't ever waste your hard earned money.They totally don't have respect to people's lives. Multiple inquiries done but nothing has been done! I am contemmplating on calling the authorities! I hope more people will come out with their complaints!

This company is a scammer. I am waiting since June 2020 to hear back about my PT documents evaluations and after 7 months they are still saying there is not update on my case and wait longer, may be forever. They are destroyers of your money and time. Never trust them.

If I could give 0 Stars I would, How is this company in the website of NACES. Maybe they started being a legitimate company, now they are scammers. PLEASE DO NO USE THIS COMPANY they will take your money, ask you to wait, then after many complaints had a response and after a MONTH yes one month they told me it was processing to approve my evaluation and i needed to way another 6 weeks . I requested my refund 3 times and no answer. had to pay another company for my transcripts and in 3 days they were done. Hope no-one else uses this company.

I have never written any bad review in my life. I am a person who has a lot of patience. But this company is a fraud and everyone should know this.

Please do not waste your time with them. They are cheaper than other Evaluation companies because they steal money from you.

I applied for 3 different evaluations with them.
Firstly, an expedited 14 days PT evaluation, I finally got the outcome in nearly two months. I did not think it was an accurate outcome but I did not appeal the decision. They did not give me any guidance about what to do after that.
Secondly, I applied for a PTA and massage evaluations nearly at the same time in July and August 2019. I learnt from my previous mistake and I didn't pay $200 more for a expedited one. It is April 2020 and I have not received any outcomes yet. I have sent thousands of emails and made several phone calls, and I have not had any answer or my case manager was not there. There was always a excuse, and they just told me all the time that my review was on the process. They sent me the same email several times asking me for additional documentation that they already had from my PT evaluation. I also had a phone call from one of the employees who called me from another phone and he said that my case was delayed because the South Carolina Board of PT told them that I don't need a license. They just lie to you every time you contact them.

I could tell you more stories, but I am just tired and I just want my money back.

I can not believe this kind of company is still working.

I have sent a complaint to Better Business Bureau and Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General and I will not stop till I get my money back.

Most of the analysts are unable to read english themselves.

I find the International Consultants of Delaware (ICD) business model ruthless towards students in financial despair. I have finally chosen an actual evaluation SERVICE instead. I am just so beaten by having wasted more than $100 dollars with the International Consultants of Delaware (ICD). This will have a direct negative influence on my health situation. I don't understand why anyone would work for a company who treats people like this. Any one of the following three points makes the company deserve only one star: 1) The company will not refund you no mater how you ask (is this even legal?). 2) The company demands expensive notarized copies of your documents from you, whereas other evaluators will accept digital copies sent from the institutions (who will send them for free). 3) ICD demands you to send notarized copies of your high school papers when you don't need them evaluated, whereas this is optional with other evaluators. There is no reason behind these three business policies. They are simply created to optimize financial gain at the expense of the customer. This model I find absolutely repugnant.
