I bought a MacBook Pro charger. It arrived very well packed and in a very good conditions. It does with it is expected. I hope to have a charger for another a few years. 20€. I would recommend it

I ordered a game online it said 2 in-stock so I bought one just for them to go sell it off to someone else I was waiting days for a update just to find out last minute that someone bought the game and they couldn't deliver it to me it's ridiculous

I went into the swords store to address concerns I'm having with a work laptop purchased on there website,
I raised concerns of the devices heat and battery causing issues and software glitches

Initially, I had spoken to a lovely supervisor who advised due to lack of staff, to return the next day which I did, to be met by a rude service advisor who told me he tested it which is incorrect as on return of the device it was in the same condition, he described played YouTube and didn't see any issues... and told me there is nothing he can do,

I also had some items in for drop and go I asked for him to return to be left waiting for 15 mins as they had a discussion about me in a very visible back room of the store.

As a consumer under protection, I have rights of return and refund if there is issue not to be met by sheer disregard for customer service !

I buy plenty of used games from CEX. They usually deliver very quickly and I've never had a problem with any game not working.
