Absolute shambles of a company
Absolute shambles of a company. Ordered some headphones multiple times (order numbers 1409160/1405246/1405243/1402569/1402161 just for reference that its not made up CEX). All occasions the orders were cancelled. On one of the orders I actually got an email saying that the order was shipped, tracking number and everything, yet no order, cancelled again. Couldn't be more disappointed and also annoyed with this company. Stay well clear, you'll never get what you want when you order. Never in my life seen anything like it. A complete joke.

Have received reply below from CEX. I however did not cancel an order, I did however ask them to cancel one item off the order, which in fact was the order you sent the confirmation of completion and the tracking number so this us an untruth by CEX and I have the email to prove it. So bottom line is everything I have said in my review here is true and I have full irrefutable proof.

A Grade A item should be in excellent condition. While the retail box may show some minor signs of previous use, the item and its essential accessories should be in mint condition.

CEX CAVAN MANAGER made a huge point of allowing my son a 2 week return time as we are not from Cavan. After spending almost €50 when we got home he realized he had bought a game he already had. On our next trip to Cavan we returned to CEX with the game where the Manager totally changed from fake nice when spending money there to being manic and rude when he wished to return the game and purchase a different one. She totally changed personality and started raising her voice and when I asked her to lower the tone of her voice she told us to “get out of my shop”. CEX have replied and totally ignored the issue . Zero stars for CEX CAVAN CUSTOMER SERVICE
