Works perfectly but definitely a lot dirtier than advertised as a B product even though some bits I cleaned quickly myself other than the staining I feel this could’ve been done for selling it to me

Great service. Cex had both games I was looking for. They were reasonably priced. They arrived just as they were advertised. Delivery was quick. Happy with my purchase. Would highly recommend.

Click & collect order not as described.
I recently collected my click & collection order for Huawei Watch 5 black 46mm A grade from this CEX Dublin Northside branch, the employee there told me that the watch comes with everything original as should be, no scratches/marks however upon arriving home, once connected the watch with supplied charger, said slow charging, use original compatible one & back of the watch has some noticeable scratches, dirt. Long story short they basically sold me a b grade watch for higher price! Worst of all no way of contacting them, by phone or email. Can't even leave them feedback on their website. So writing here. However if you were the customer trying to sell them something they would easily get very picky by the smallest details but scamming people is apparently allowed for them! Absolutely bad service, wouldn't recommend them at all! Avoid!!

Ordered a drone dji Mavric flymore when…
Ordered a drone dji Mavric flymore when received noticed less items from the picture arrived only 1 battery the picture had 3 the drone didnt charge the battery. Propellar guards were missing it states on the invoice with accesories the drone controller and leads for different phone conections on of which were sony brand. I emailed my concerns to cex and was told to return the item i dont think it was good enough. My best alternative is to order an external charger myself.

In addition to the missing batteries, you had also mentioned that the battery was not charging with the drone and that the drone did not work with your own Type-C charger. Delivery took too long
Delivery took too long. Ordered 2 items then received an email saying one order was dispatched the other is out of stock. No option to then cancel. Paid nearly €5 euro for delivery which would have been fine for the two items i ordered but was given no oltion before the 1 item was dispatched.

Our stores make every effort to fulfil all items in the order, and we have guidelines in place to check the product specifications while processing them. However, at times, the stores notice that the item is incorrect or unfit for online sale; thus, to avoid the inconvenience of returning the item to us, such orders are cancelled.
Rest assured you weren't charged for the cancelled item, and any funds allocated by your bank should be reversed to your account within 10 working days.
Regarding the delivery charge, if the order value is under €100, a flat delivery fee of €4.95 is applicable on the entire order.

Genuinely terrible service
Genuinely terrible service.
Item was missing in transit. Zero help from vex. Item then delivered and wrong spec. Went to shop and wanted to just organise another item from another shop and they refused. I get systems my not be flexible but there is no customer service. That’s 2nd item I’ve bought that they’ve messed up.
Yes I would still like to purchase so happy to take a call and discuss tomorrow
