Normally I have a pleasant experience
Normally I have a pleasant experience. But this time I had an issue with a missing disc.( missing disc No 2 of 3)
I contacted customer support and the store said they couldn't find it ( I know that's a lie) and I could send it back or go to the store for a refund.
As the DVD was 1 euro that puts me out of pocket to try correct the situation either driving to the store or posting it back.
Now I have to worry every time I order will I actually get the discs I order as for the cost a 1 euro the staff don't seem to give a shit. not happy

I am truly sorry to hear about the missing disc in your order and I understand the inconvenience this may have caused.
We have operating procedures in place where items are checked before dispatch to ensure they are correct and complete with all the parts. However, it appears that this was overlooked in your case.
I've noticed that feedback has already been forwarded to the sourcing store management for internal evaluation. Unfortunately, the store was unable to locate the missing disc, and hence a resolution was provided to return the item to us.

Having checked the records, I noticed that, unfortunately, two of the items were dropped because one of them was in an unsaleable condition and the other was sold in the store before it could be assigned to your order. Apologies for any inconvenience caused to you.
