I’ve been a happy subscriber of Illumicrate for 4+ years now, and I love their attention to detail and creativity. The items they include are always practical and high-quality, and the artists they collaborate with are incredibly talented. Their exclusive editions are stunning, with beautiful customizations like sprayed edges, unique covers, and foil detailing that make each book feel so special.

I also want to mention how much I enjoyed the recent 1000+ piece puzzle—it was amazing! I would love to see more puzzles like this in future boxes, as they add a really fun and engaging element to the experience. Highly recommend Illumicrate to anyone who loves books and gorgeous collector’s items!

I just bought the Andrew Joseph White collection from Illumicrate and I was absolutely blown away with how incredible the set it, the colours are super saturated, the art work is out of this world. I’ve had boxes in the past too and they have always been top of the line. Will always recommend!

Great customer service! Numerous times I have payment problems (I have no idea why, one moment it was fine and another moment it didn’t) but the staffs are very considerate and helpful. Even when the date had passed for the subscription renewal/ pre-order closes/sold out, they still let me have the book(s).

I don’t just collect for Illumicrate’s pretty books, I read them as well. So for them to give me chance(s) to have the books that I really want to read truly make me feel more appreciative.

I have contacted illumicrate a few times now over the course of my subscriptions and let me tell you. They have the best support staff I’ve ever experienced. Every single person I’ve come into contact with has been helpful, kind and supportive. This is one of the reasons I keep my sub ( including the great book choices we get!).

The customer service is excellent! I had a subscription for awhile, but due to personal tastes and financial reasons, I needed to cancel it. The team went above and beyond to find a solution for me, as I still had 2 months left on my subscription and did not want to lose the money. The books always look stunning, and I love their special editions, I just don't always love the summaries (which is personal taste).
