worst print ever, heads missing, all blurry, cropped weirdly basically unusable went in the bin. I paid extra for quick delivery what a laugh was still 4 days wait, honestly use someone else please

Love my framed picture! The quality is amazing. Frame and pictures are beautiful. Turn around time was extremely quick especially for international travel. Would definitely recommend and order again.

Ordered a photobook for my mothers 90th on a next day service on 14 Jan 2026. The party was on Sunday 18th Jan. It did not arrive. Contacted the company as suspected it was a scam and requested what compensation they would provide on Monday 19th. Got an auto reply on Tuesday and the book arrived on Thursday 22 Jan with no apology or compensation. I will update as of today i received the following from the company: Production confirmed the initial book printed with an issue with the spine, so it needed reprinted and binded which caused the delay here. Due to the delay and inconvenience we have issued a 25% refund. I have therefore uprated the review to a 3 as a recognition of the refund

The website was very easy to use to upload photos and much better than other similar sites. The finished product (a 52 aperture frame) is stunning. Will definitely use again.

I first used Inkifi after my son and daughter in law made individual, small beautiful photos as part of the place settings at their wedding. I then bought the heart shaped memories picture for my daughter in law for Christmas and she loved it. It was easy to put together and arrived really quickly. I’ve also made family members small tins containing beautiful old photos of our parents and our childhood. These types of presents are always received with great emotion as it’s something special and means so much. I’m from a very big family so plenty more happy gifts to make. Would thoroughly recommend Inkifi.

I ordered my prints for my vision board and they turned out perfect! I got the smallest size and it was just right. Even with a smaller photo, the pictures were clear and the matte finish looked neat and clean!

First time using Inkifi and was really impressed with the quality of the square magnets.

I have used Inkifi about 6 times so far and love the size and quality. Our mum has dementia and we print off small pictures for her memory book, they are fabulous for this.

Inkifi makes photo book creation so easy. And their quality, costs and turnaround times just cant be beaten. Will keep returning to them for my photo books and prints!

I had a brilliant experience with Inkifi the first time printing with them. The quality was great and quick delivery. I placed a second order which was delivered quickly and still good image quality but all the A4 prints were offset to the left which is not what I paid for. Inkifi sent out a second set straight away which is great, but the images were still offset to the left. Although they were less offset this time, they are still not as I ordered and paid for. Inkifi were part way through discussing how to rectify this when all communication from them stopped. My emails are now bouncing back from both of inkifi’s email addresses. I am hoping this is a short term issue and will be set right with me either getting the prints I paid for or a refund for the prints that have not been printed correctly.

Edited: Inkifi have ceased all communication. I have products that are faulty and no refund or setting right from the company despite the guarantee they state on their website or trading rules. I am really disappointed and have spent a lot of money with them for these.

I ordered a photo frame from Inkifi. It was hung correctly and failed within two weeks when the wood splintered, making it unsafe and unusable.

I contacted the company multiple times over more than a week, far exceeding their stated response time, and provided photos. I received no meaningful response at all.

The frame was clearly not fit for purpose. I asked for a simple replacement or refund and was ignored, leaving me no choice but to initiate a credit card chargeback.

Poor quality product, worse customer service. Buy with caution.

placed my photobook order on 17th november, first it was dispatched, but never arrived at royal mail, then the printer was broken, with the promise of the book still arriving before christmas. that was the 16th december and i’ve not heard from anyone since. i’ve tried emails, instagram, phone calls and through the website. in the mean time i received someone else’s photo album with our cover on. i have always enjoyed using inkifi, but i won’t be using them again.

i did as the reply asked and still nothing!

I am not happy with the photo magnets I received on Fri, Dec 19, 2025. I ordered 4 sets of 4 photo magnets for a total of 16 photo magnets. All of the printed photos look darker than the original I uploaded. The colors are not as vibrant. Moreover, four of the photo magnets have white strips at the edges and one of the photo magnets doesn’t quite match the photo I uploaded. The exact design that I created on the site was not printed. There is clearly a production error. I emailed customer service directly from my email on Dec 22 and Dec 29, 2025 and on Jan 5, 2026. I also emailed them via the website on Jan 5 and Jan 8, 2026. In the past, as soon as I emailed customer service via the website, I received an email confirming my support query was submitted and "they aim to get back to [me] within 24-72 working hours." I have not received a single reply at all, not even one confirming my support queries were submitted in Jan. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with Inkifi's customer service. I cannot even call customer service as it is an international phone number. I absolutely intend on filing a chargeback.
