Customer service is shockingly bad. I ordered two slightly different photo books for my wedding. They arrived but the cover titles were the wrong way round to how I ordered them. Customer services were great to begin with saying they'd send out new books but haven't received anything and they are now not responding to my email. Very poor customer service. So much for their 60 day no quibble return policy as advertised on their website. Get this sorted, Inkifi.

I’ve used Inkifi a number of times for different products. They make it easy from start to finish and always deliver a high quality finished product.
This last time, I had a 70-year old photo and wanted a beautiful copy of it printed and framed on canvass. It had to be blown up and I wasn’t sure if it would look good when printed.
They did an excellent job and if anything it looks better printed larger than it did as an old small photo. I’m creating a “kitchen reunion “ wall with old photos of great grandparents, to parents, cousins, siblings, dogs, etc. All those that I’ve loved through my life.
Inkifi is the perfect “team-member” for the project.

I ordered a photo album for my Mums 70th birthday- this was supposed to be her main present. When I uploaded the picture via their app, there was no warning about image quality issues but when the book arrived a number of photos were blurry.
I reached out to Inkifi and someone called Tom responded. I would characterise his customer service approach as minimal and, quite frankly, uncaring.
No offer of a refund or to rectify the issue, just a sentence to say that basically it’s an issue with the photo quality. This cost me nearly £80 and I am unable to give this as a present.
I’ve now asked to escalate this to a manager and will update my review accordingly, based on how they deal with my complaint.
Currently, I would never use this company again and would highly recommend others to look at their competitors. The issue with the photo album is one thing, the lack of care from Tom is another.

I was very happy with my photos. The quality is excellent. I can’t to put in another order! As a grandmother I want pics that are not on my phone that I can display in my home. Easy to do too !

I have seen this service advertised on social media several times and finally decided to try it. I was surprised by the quick turnaround in my order and the quality of the photos are great. I love that they are small—it will make the photo gift I am making for my granddaughter just perfect.

I couldn't find exactly what I needed on the other photo sites I normally used, so I looked online for another option. This company had exactly what I needed and the process was easy, from uploading photos, through check out. I was very pleased when the order arrived soon, and the pictures turned out great! I would recommend this company, and will not hesitate to use them again.

The easiest website I have used to get my photos printed. It is so easy to navigate and upload from your phone or any device you might want to use. The paper and ink is top quality. You can choose from several different formats for your photos. My favorite is the photo strip. Ordered several to gift to family and friends. What a beautiful gem I found in Inkifi and love to share. Thank you!

Great company. Website is very easy to use, upload photos from your phone, you can then see a preview and place your order. Quick delivery too.

I found the website so easy to use and the prints are adorable I love them so much. I found them through and instagram add and I decided to print all of my vacation pictures from New York City and I’m so happy I did!

The app is easy to use and the options are straightforward.
The order was processed quickly and arrived a few days later. I have used a number of companies in the past for photo books and frames and the print/ production quality is excellent.

Great experience from start to finish. The website made it easy to upload, and my photo prints arrived faster than expected. I would highly recommend Inkifi to anyone who is needing their photos printed. I journal and the photo prints that I have ordered has been amazing.

Never used this site before but wanted to ne able to add comments to some of the pictures. It was a book of photographs taken at the Harry Potter studios for my granddaughters 7 birthday. The finished book was amazing. It was a secret present and the family were thrilled. Came very quickly and was of an excellent quality. I hope to use them again and would recommend without hesitation

I love these fridge magnets. I collect tourist magnets from all my visits around the world and these photo magnets are a special reminder of the visit. Delivery is prompt and the prices are more than reasonable. I've ordered them for Christmas gifts and then was so impressed I ordered them for my own fridge! I only wish they made magnets for my panoramic shots too! You won't be disappointed.
