I’ve had the same issue for months now with our DTF printer where it will not print the white background on any prints. I’ve talked to multiple technicians and have yet to get any resolution. Last rep was very helpful, but failed to resolve the issue and labeled it as a normal behavior that I needed to work around. This is not going to work for my business needs. Incredibly disappointed. I’m seeking a partial refund at this point, so I can go buy a machine that actually works.

I quickly learned that not all printers are the same. Paisley worked diligently to get my new printer up and running. Even depsite my frustration and willingness to wait another day Paisley asked for a few more minutes and was able to get the job done.
