Bex was very helpful and easy to understand, thank you very much.

My car was hit by someone when it was parked and luckily i have a CCTV footage of the incident. Innocent driver handled the claim of the repairs and they did a pretty good job.

Everyone was very helpful and speedy with the process.

Got in contact due to a recommendation. Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Helped us through the entire process of our vehicle incident which wasn’t our fault. Courtesy car was superb too. Would highly recommend if you are in a situation where the person responsible for the incident decides to not cooperate!

Went to innocent driver after getting run around from other party and their insurers.

Case was taken up by Amy Hamilton whom was a absolute star with nothing being a problem.Amy instantly started the claim moving and liability being accepted straight away.made process so easy no excess when all my own insurance was interested in was taking excess before would speak to me.

Approved garage Agmors coachworks based in south street Glasgow was excellent first class customer service and workmanship.

I would also like to say thanks you to Charlene from innocent driver for having extra work approved whilst Amy was on annual leave.

Great team work all round well done.Customer service from start to finish I can’t praise innocent driver enough.

Cathy has made everything really stress free, I think its excellent that you deal with the same person all the time and not passed from person to person. I was kept up to date throughout the process with quick responses and no waiting on the phone on hold I cannot fault this company

Cathie Leckie who has dealt with my claim has been amazing throughout kept me up date with what she was doing for me and what I needed to do which made my bad experience and injuries in easier to deal with.

Handled quickly and efficiently.

Sometimes it was very difficult and time consuming getting the other insurance to pay on time but Cathy was communicative and helped to chase them up. Things are not as streamlined with accident management as they are using your own insurance but if it works in the end. I just wish I wasn’t rear ended by a dope who wasn’t paying attention.

Right from the start till now everything has been handled very fast and very professionally, Jenny the person I'm dealing with has been brilliant keeping me informed and well up to date with the progress. I cannot fault the service.
