When buying online, and accepting order there are hidden costs ( as much as the cost of the print!!) that need to be paid once parcel arrives home a month later. You are forced to accept or loose you... Toon meer

I’ve been ignored by INPRNT for over three weeks after sending multiple support inquiries, using both their support contact form and direct email. Zero response. If they can’t be bothered to answer basic questions, why should artists or customers trust them? Completely unacceptable.

Bulk of my order never arrived and they ghost you by emai
Update: after posting about not ever receiving my package on TrustPilot and filing with the better business bureau, I was contacted by inprnt and they aggressively made sure we were expedited the canvas we had ordered. No explanation was given as to why our order wasn’t previously filled other than there was a glitch at their end. Also no explanation was given as to why none of my emails to them were ever received, only that they never got them. The emails were sent through their form on their website under their help link. I updated their rating to 3 stars because I did finally receive my order (3 months later) and they gave us a 15% discount for the delay. I appreciated the attention given to make sure we got our order. The quality of the canvas was very good. But I would be nervous to order from them in the future.
My experience with Inprnt has been very frustrating. I ordered an 8x11 print and a 12x18 canvas of the same print. Only the 8x11 print arrived. Inprnt notified me that my order had been delivered and hasn't responded to any communication since about the canvas that never arrived. They only provide a support email that they don't respond to (the phone number just has a recorded message that tells you to email them). I can't get them to respond to anything--not even requests for a refund. Do not order from them!
They responded quickly to my review—but I’ve been trying to reach them at their support email for 2 months with no response.
They are now claiming that they don't have a ticket number with my email address even though they emailed me three different times to confirm my order, say it had shipped, and say it had been delivered. All three emails included my order number and was sent to my email address.
I have replied to their inquiry about my order and included screenshots of each email they sent regarding my order complete with order number. I will get screenshots of my messages on their site that said they’d respond in 2 business days as well. Im responding on here because apparently this is where they check their customer’s issues. I’ve had more response here than anywhere on their website support.

Needed this as soon as possible for a convention (my fault) and after contacting support they prioritized my shipment for no extra charge and it arrived in less than a week. absolutely incredible customer service. expected time for a response was 2 days, only took 2 hours.
They can't check their inbox
I placed an order on May 6th. When I got it in the mail, the poster was the correct size, but the image was not sized correctly and the image was cropped out. I asked for a replacement with the full image. It takes them EIGHT DAYS to answer me (their website says to give them 2 days). They acknowledge that the dimensions were wrong and they would send me a different size with the full image, and even refund the difference since it would be a bit smaller. They asked what I'd like to do and to let them know. The same day, I agree to this. It's been another week and I still haven't heard anything about my replacement. It got to the point where I reached out to the artist directly about this issue. Like, literally don't sell here, they don't care about their customers, clearly. I'm giving them 1 more week before I file a dispute. This was the first and last time I'll ever order from this company.

Print saved by careful packaging
The print I received is gorgeous and I was so thankful that INPRNT does such a good job with their packaging. It was left outside in the rain by the delivery person and despite the cardboard mailer being soaked, the print inside was safe. I appreciate it

Customer service
I was really impressed by customer service when an issue with the post office resulted in my not receiving a print I ordered. I explained the situation to the customer service representative who sent the print again despite it not being INPRNT’s fault the print was lost.
Exceptional site for art lovers
Great job, top quality and awesome variety. The attention was very detailed and personal from shipment to arrival. I have bought fine art prints, metal and acrylic, all very luxury looking and well packed. I will keep buying frequently with full confidence.
Slow orders
First, I’m sure the prints are good, but I wouldn’t know because I still haven’t gotten mine! I get that these things can take long but you can’t just say that the shipments take “3-5” days when they are absolutely nowhere within that range. It’s misleading and just straight up lying. Other people I know have had this similar experience. I’m nearing a month now with basically no update. Presumably my order is still being worked on as USPS is “waiting for the package.”
The website needs to be updated with a more realistic timeline for orders to be fulfilled.

Do not use as a customer or artist
Two of the prints were decent, the third one (at maximum size) was dreadful. It was totally pixelated and grainy and looked like I had printed out a tiny jpeg blown up about 10 times the size it should have been. They claimed it was the file that the artist sent, maybe that's true, but someone at this company actually had to print this out, wrap it up and send it to me, and no one thought 'hmm, maybe this one just hasn't turned out so well and we shouldn't be trying to sell this work at this size'.
Anyway, that was the beginning of the troubles. Contacted them through the website on the 8th of April, because there is no chat box or actual email even when you log in to contact directly. 'We will reply within 2 working days'. They probably should update this message to say 7 or more.
Finally, someone gets back to me with a really bizarre short email which made no sense and resolved absolutely nothing. I questioned it, ended up having a back and forth email chain for a few days. Finally, on the 21st of April I am told, if I rip the print apart and take a photo of it, they will give me a refund.
Pretty gross to have to rip up an artist's work that I actually really admire, but I couldn't use the print in the state it was so I did it. Replied to them the same day with the photo. Oh what a surprise, they now totally ghost me.
Luckily I paid with PayPal so I will get my money back eventually, but the fact I have to go through them after I should have got a refund more than a week ago is just appalling customer service.
Would never buy from them again. Artists, these people are telling customers to tear up your work. Do NOT give this company your business.
Edit: Literally have the receipt of the email I sent on the 21st of April with the photo of the torn up print, AND I flagged this on PayPal support for them to address through the PayPal system too a few days ago, including that same email chain as I'd already sent. There's no way they did not receive this as their reply implies.
