When buying online, and accepting order there are hidden costs ( as much as the cost of the print!!) that need to be paid once parcel arrives home a month later. You are forced to accept or loose you... Toon meer

Not happy with them. Won't go back.

Customer service was awful and the print was not very good quality, IMHO. It felt like an excessive time since I had ordered, so I checked up on the status in their system. Showed that the order hadn't processed yet, and there was no date for when it would. I emailed them asking to cancel and they insisted it had just printed, so I couldn't cancel.
I won't deal with them again.

Got my prints, I love them!

I received my two prints, they look great!
There was a problem with the delivery, but the Inprint team assisted with efficiency and got my package in perfect condition! I will order more prints in the future.

Poor quality prints and long printing delays

I wish I read the trustpilot reviews before ordering.. i ordered around the end of November, and they arrived on January 7th, kinda long but I can deal with that. The real problem is the poor quality of the prints, the smaller prints are almost blurry, the larger one is okay. First and last time, lesson learnt.

I'm an artist and have been requesting…

I'm an artist and have been requesting an early transfer since over a week ago, multiple emails sent with zero response. Extremely frustrated with the terrible help service. I am entitled to get paid for my work as an artist and feel that Inprnt takes advantage of the artists that use their service.

I ordered a acrylic painting

I ordered a acrylic painting which, sadly, was stuck in customs for two weeks. After asking around, customs wanted the receipt, which i send them. Other than that, everything was good. Inprnt customer service was very friendly and helpful, the painting itself is of good quality and was well packed. Can recommend.

Slow and unreliable/bad customer service

They are extremely slow releasing funds I made from sales taking weeks with the longest being 2 months, their turnaround for shipping prints out is slow as well despite saying the turnaround time is Generally 5-7 business days on their website, every single time I’ve ordered prints for samples has taken over a month to arrive I recently placed a larger order for a convention and emailed them multiple times about lead times and haven’t gotten a single human reply and have generally had a terrible experience contacting them. whether it’s predatory behavior or just incompetence I wouldn't recommend this to other artists

I'm showing that you wrote our support team yesterday, twice. I apologize for any inconvenience, but we generally respond to most tickets in 24-48 hours. You should receive a response shortly.

It looks like you have two other tickets with us in 2023 and they both received a reply within 48 hours. If there is some other issue you're referencing, please contact support and they'll be happy to assist you.

Black Friday order arriving on Christmas

Don’t order on Black Friday if you were hoping to get your order before Christmas. Their printing and packing times have slowed way down and DHL, their choice of shipper, loves to reroute packages all over the continental US. I can expect my holiday cards to become New Years cards this year. Their discounts are also never worth waiting for.

Some other issues I’ve had with them:
— If an artist has a minor discount going on their whole shop, INPRNT won’t take additional discount codes from the artist or let you choose to apply the larger discount.
— I had a whole stack of cards arrive dented and bent last year, which I’ve never had happen with any other print seller, including independent artists. And again, I couldn’t get a new pack because I needed to send out my holiday cards like the day they finally arrived. I certainly hope the eight business days INPRNT took to package my order this year was spent on applying some bend-prevention boards.

I still order from INPRNT because my favorite artists are on there but I wish they weren’t. Hope this review helps someone else temper your expectations.

Artists can decide to run a sale which will take precedent over their promo codes. For assistance with that you would need to reach out to the artist.

For any order damage we recommend contacting our support team, they're always happy to help :)

If you have an in-hand date you need items by, our support team can assist with that, just contact them when placing the order. Holiday shipping deadlines can be found on site.

My initial print I ordered was shaded a little too gray. I reached out to them and within a few days they figured out the problem and then re-printed it and sent it to me it’s a very unique print that I had a horrible time trying to find anywhere else! It turned out beautiful! It was a gift for my husband. He absolutely loves it.

Quick, safe shipping. I had to change my postal address and the rep. got in touch very fast and sorted everything. Great service! The prints are high quality and the colours warm and crisp.

Terrible service

Terrible service, I ordered a month ago and still no update on my order. Of course you can't cancel with a click. Customer service takes a week to answer, write 2 message and then it's back to complete silence for days. It's a shame because the artists I like only sell their art here. But I am never ordering again and still waiting to know if I will ever receive the prints....
EDIT : if only they were as quick to answer client's request or complete the order as they are to answering a bad review here....

Misleading pricing

Despite selecting that I am based in Australia, the website only shows prices in USD.
This is not stated clearly anywhere in the browsing or buying process, and because AUD uses the same dollar sign as USD, $, it was impossible to know that the site wasn't using my currency.
I only noticed when I checked bank to see I'd paid $100 for what I thought was a $65 order.

On top of this the prices are simply too high for what you get. I got a couple 4 x 4 inch prints and the print is only really 3 inch because of the massive white border. I understand now this margin size is mentioned in the description but I didn't grasp how much of the print is just a white border.. for $16 each. Not to mention shipping prices but that's not necessarily the company's fault.

This may seem dramatic but I have exceptional anxiety around spending money and this has sent me into a bit of a spiral.

For the micro prints the description has the size of the margin listed on the product page.

Prices are set by the artists.

Artists stay away

I'm an (small) artist on INPRNT with the occasional sale. I have been selling on INPRNT since 2022 and made one transfer request for my available funds last year. It took about a month (and multiple enquiries to customer service) for them to transfer the money from the sales I made to my PayPal account. Now you have to reach out to their support if your sales are below 100 dollars and you want to withdraw the money "early". Reached out to customer support on October 28th and have not gotten a response ("The team should reply to your inquiry within the next 2 business days"). If you send them a DM on Instagram you get an automated reply saying they are a small team and they do not offer support on social media. I then commented on one of their posts (they post regularly on Instagram) that I was still waiting for a response from their support team. I was then asked via DM to provide my email address, which I did. They still haven't even viewed my reply, but were quick to delete my comment on their post. Being ignored like this as an artist (the very people they have built their business on), is disappointing. Not sure if I should delete my account in hopes of being payed or wait and close my account after I have received the money I am owed. I will be looking for alternatives either way.

We currently do not offer support via social media on any platform.

With regards to the transfer system, we have not made any updates to that recently, it's the same system that has been in place since the service started over 16 years ago. We apologize for any confusion.

Update on my horrible experience: still horrible

Avoid at all costs this company. I finally received my order after more than a month. The delivery time was supposed to be 10 days maximum. I also had to pay an additional customs tax of 10€ which was not even mentioned as a possibility when I placed the order on their website. They never replied to my emails. The DHL tracking doesn't update you on where your order is, and you end up thinking it's just lost. Trust all the bad, terrible reviews they don't even bother to give a plausible explanation to and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR WEBSITE. You'll notice by yourself they also have some of their artists complaining about how they run their website. Absolutely unprofessional

Our International courier DHL also offers end to end tracking and delivery date estimates. After reviewing your order, we're showing the tracking page has detailed status updates along with confirmation of delivery. You can follow the tracking by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

While we do offer an estimated transit time, International orders may see delays from time to time due to customs clearance.

A concerned INPRNT artist

I've been an artist on INPRNT for around six months. While uploading artwork and creating listings is straightforward, and the pricing seems fair, I'm disappointed by the platform’s approach to feedback. With negative reviews here on Trust Pilot outnumbering positive ones by 3:1, INPRNT’s dismissive responses to artist complaints are concerning. Not a single reply acknowledges or takes responsibility for service issues. INPRNT, please listen to your artists—without us, there’s no platform.
