When buying online, and accepting order there are hidden costs ( as much as the cost of the print!!) that need to be paid once parcel arrives home a month later. You are forced to accept or loose you... Toon meer

Best experience ever

They have the grates varety I've ever seen. Also being able to buy art from my favourite artist is very gratifying. The prints quality are also really high (Thick paper and vibrant color). And the custormer service is the best I have ever experience, 10/10

Customer service goes above and beyond the expected

SImply had to come here and leave INPRNT a positive review after my experience with them!
I bought a handful of prints, and unfortunately - due to problems with Brazil's mailing service - the order was returned to the sender. I emailed INPRNT explaining the situation, and Susanne, the person who replied to me, was so incredibly helpful, thorough and nice - she not only explained what happened and how to deal with the issue, but also said they would provide a courtesy replacement order with no additional cost (not even shipping!). And it took no time at all - the very next day they had my order shipped already.

To me, what really shows if a company is good or not is not how they treat you when everything's going well, but how they handle problems like this - and there is nothing INPRNT could have done better. Thank you once again!

Speedy email response and great help

My local post office was no help in finding my lost order of my art and I decided to reach out to INPRNT’s email. The representative was quick to respond the same day and helped me get a new order asap. I was not interested in a refund since having this beautiful art piece was what I initially wanted, and the order was expedited and shipped.

Customer support does not respond to…

Customer support does not respond to emails. I'm waiting for two weeks now.

EDIT: To respond to the claim that they "do not have any tickets" from me: I just checked the "Previous conversations" bubble on INPRNT – my first mail seems to have disappeared in the last 24 hours (it was present for the past two weeks, I was checking regularly), while the second one is still there, stating "checkmark Received." So stop lying to make the clients look foolish!

EDIT#2: I reached via your contact form on site. I clicked Help, Contact Us and Email, which says "Send a message / We usually respond within 2 business days". I completed everything required, entered my email, and received an automatically generated message on Gmail: "The team will reply to your inquiry as soon as we can!" This is how I communicated with you in 2024. But now my experience is the same as many others report: it is impossible to get a response. Because of such incidents, I am now afraid to collaborate.

INPRNT went above and beyond

INPRNT went above and beyond. An order of mine was delivered (to Canada) while I was on vacation. Canada Post discarded the package as I was not home to receive it, or pick it up in the allotted time. INPRNT sent me a replacement order at no additional cost.

Great customer service

My prints got lost on the way over, but I was supplied with a replacement shipment that arrived without further problems.

Don't oder when you are not in the US!!

We bought some posters with shipment to Germany. The quality of the prints are great but they wrote way too high a value on the package so we had huge customs fees. The value had nothing to do with our order value and I'm so angry about that. Thy would a company do that and make the customer pay much more even without them having any advantage. I wrote the customer service but never got a reply. Will never order again!

Edit 3.8.2025: I wrote the customer service again and didn't get a reply.....

Great customer service

Even after a miscommunication issue that led to my order (international shipping) being returned and lost, their customer service was stellar and quick, solving the problem in less than a week.

As an artist i was selling my art on…

As an artist i was selling my art on inprnt, i accumulated around $70 but as soon as i requested my money i got locked out, now i can not access my account/profile. i tried to reach out around 6 times but they did not respond. Requesting all my fellow artists please be smart, zazzle, displate, cafepress, faa are way better than these unprofessionals. They even don't have the decency to send me my hard earned money. They just pufff and gone
