When buying online, and accepting order there are hidden costs ( as much as the cost of the print!!) that need to be paid once parcel arrives home a month later. You are forced to accept or loose you... Toon meer

Great customer service

Great customer service.
They helped me out big time, with a fast and very customer oriented service.
They went the extra mile and helped me more thank I could‘ve asked for, with a problem they didn‘t even had to bother with. That‘s how you take care of people!

Don't deal with this company

I haven't received my order yet and I can already tell you not to deal with this company. Just after finishing my order, I realized that the address was wrong, and they DON'T HAVE A WAY TO CHANGE IT. I can't stress this enough: my order hasn't shipped yet, they surely haven't finished preparing it yet, and they don't have an option to change it like every other normal company? So I go to cancel it and guess what? They don't have an option to cancel it. Ridiculous company, I will never deal with them in the future.

EDIT AFTER THEIR RESPONSE: don't trust what they're saying, I went to their site in order to change the shipping adress both on mobile and on my PC, and it specifically says the shipping address CAN'T BE CHANGED ONLINE. I have a screenshot to prove it in case anyone's interested.

Great service & framing

I purchased a sweet print & rather than framing it myself (time=money) I sprung for the ready-to-hang acrylic block and I couldn't be happier. I'm impressed with the quality of the work and the professional mounting system. I came to INPRNT via the online shop of an illustrator whose work I admired and stepped into an art wonderland. I'll be back!

adorable tiny prints!

My order was delivered in the time frame promised, art looked good, really impressed with the paper quality and coloring, and the tiny prints are so cute!

Looks good and everything went right

I was really happy with my order. After a mistake on my end with my address, customer service was quick to get it updated for me. I got an email once my order shipped, it was packaged neatly and secured against a cardboard flat. The paper quality was the best I've seen from any kind of art print service and the colors were really vibrant.

Was I just lucky?

Looking at all the bad reviews I'm honestly quite shocked as I had a good experience with these guys - some prints I ordered somehow got sent to the wrong address and the customer service team were super helpful, they sent me replacement prints free of charge and kept me updated the whole way. Hope this experiences happens for more people!

I had a great experience with Inprint…

I had a great experience with Inprint customer service. Unfortunately I had made a mistake reading the mail wrong and not collecting in time, it was sent back to the states or lost. Inprint politely reposted the Print free of charge, finally I have the beautiful artwork is hanging on my wall. Thanks!

Whatever you do, do not use these clowns

I sold prints with these jokers for several months. Then I changed my email, which I used to receive Paypal deposits. So went in to change it on the site but the process involved sending a confirmation email to my old address! What's the point in that, given that clearly I don't use my old address any more because if I did, I wouldn't be changing it?

No worries, though. I contacted them and explained the issue and said that because I no longer had my old email I'd need to arrange to send the funds to my new email address. Their response was they could do nothing about it. Despite the fact I proved I owned the account, and provided full evidence that I was the person associated with the account, they outright refused to give me the money they owed me. OK, it was only about $100 (thankfully I'd already transferred most of it) but it's the principle. Blatant theft, no two ways about it.

I don't know what the quality of their prints are like, but if they're even a tenth as bad as their service then they're garbage.

Just to check, I went on their site today, some time after this had all happened. Lo and behold, I got my money back!!!! No, I'm joking. It still demands that I confirm the change of email by clicking on the link of the email they sent to my OLD address. Basically a scam.

Do yourself a favour and stay away from these clowns.

Edit: In response to the reply, it is just BS. I contacted them several times and after saying there was no other option, eventually said I should contact them on social media. I'm not on social media (and how would that verify my account anyway) so I told them, to which they replied effectively, tough. So they're liars as well as incompetents.

WARNING!!

I have an artist account with INPRNT.
As I was new to the site, I wanted to see the quality of the prints that this company produces, so I ordered a print of my own work just to check things out.
This site has constant discounts as well, and ordering a test print seemed like no big deal, especially since the first price that was listed was like $10.
By the time I got to checkout, with taxes, shipping, and so on, it came to around $26. Which wasn't completely expected, but since I was ordering my own work, I knew I would get a percentage returned to me, so I went ahead and placed my order.

About two weeks goes by and I have no news of my print being shipped, and on the website it just says "In production". I was patient, as their website says it can take some time for shipping, depending on the type of print that is ordered, BUT I felt like two weeks with no news was a bit much. Especially since all I ordered was one regular print.
So, I reached out to their support team, and received a response the next day, stating that they were "busier than usual", and they, "submitted a request for it to be prioritized & expedited further thru production". Literally the next day, I got an email saying that my print had been shipped. Which if I'm honest, gave me the impression that they just forgot about my order, and only took care of it after I contacted them with concerns of it not being shipped yet...

After waiting another two weeks, to received my print (I live in France, and it was coming from the US), I was quite disappointed. It arrived with a huge white border, and the print itself was quite small in comparison. I knew there would be a white border, as its shown on the website before ordering, but I didn't expect the printed part of my illustration to be so small.
Its definitely NOT a print that is worth $26.
(Especially after trying out another company who produces far better prints, at a ridiculously lower price than INPRNT.)

Not to mention, the percentage I got from this sale is only $7.50, which I have yet to receive.
This is a part of the site that I find quite sketchy, YOU have to contact THEM through email to retrieve your funds. They have nothing set up on their website for you to have your funds sent directly to your PayPal after an order has been placed.
Then once you've contacted them to retrieve your funds, they take their time to respond to you, or they just don't respond at all.
It took them 8 days to respond to my first email. They asked me for my PayPal email address, after sending it to them almost two weeks ago, I've received nothing...no response and no money.
I just had to email them again today to try and find out whats going on, because honestly at this point, Id rather just let them keep the money, remove my art from their site, and close my account...BUT they wont even let me close my account till I've received my funds.

Unfortunately, nothing about my experience with this website/company has gone smoothly, and it almost feels like they are a scam. They don't seem to really care about the artists, or customers.
If you are thinking of selling your work, or buying art prints, I would look elsewhere and avoid the stress and frustration of INPRNT.

Shipping times are a lie, Customer service blamed me.

They advertised 8-10 business days, it's been 14 business days, and my order still hasn't arrived. Customer service said "For any future orders where you may have a timeline within which you wish to receive the package, if you will please contact us immediately after placing your order & let us know, we will do our best to expedite the order thru production."

and "...we are never able to guarantee delivery by/on any particular date since we have no ability to influence carrier transit times or possible delays" and acted like it was totally normal that the times were beyond the shipping expectations, and offered zero refund.

Don't advertise shipping times you can't fulfill!

UPDATE: The order arrived damaged and bent.

Will not be doing business here again.

Mistakes were made

Many mistakes were made including me ordering from this company. I ordered 3 posters, somewhat over priced but one of my favorite artists uses this site and I really wanted their art in physical form and to support them. Then I happened to see two more pictures I wanted. Of the three, only 1 was the correct size. So I contacted them hoping they'd correct it. They blamed the frames and when I showed them the measurements as requested with a ruler in the picture they said "No ruler is wrong too." My mistake was thinking this company was good. Don't make my mistake. They have completely cut all contact and it's ridiculous that they can't just own up and correct the mistake. Worse the wrong sized artwork has creases in it. Creases they swear are not there so I can't even really use it. Avoid at all costs. I'm still trying to contact them but crickets.

When buying online

When buying online, and accepting order there are hidden costs ( as much as the cost of the print!!) that need to be paid once parcel arrives home a month later.
You are forced to accept or loose your order. It means the cost of the goods duplicates the initial cost. perhaps I would consider it before accepting the order and would look for another company without hidden costs. Dissappointed last time losing clients easily due to a wrong cheating strategy.

It sounds like you might be referring to your country's import tax. We note the possibility of import being levied at checkout. Unfortunately we aren't involved in that part of the shipping process. Typically the receiving country looks at the value of goods and levies a tax on the order before delivery can be made.

Decent company probably won't use them again though

Pros:

- Good quality prints for their prices

- Great way to support artists and buy their artwork

- Has international shipping albeit long

Cons:

- Long processing/delivery times even more so if you live outside of the US

- The packaging felt a little flimsy for international shipping - the cardboard wasn't really that helpful and soaked through because of the rain

- My prints came scuffed in the corners and a little damp because of the rain but the actual part where the print was is fine

- Not much communication from them at all after order was placed, I manually checked on their website to see what was going on with my order

It was a decent experience and I probably won't be buying from them again unless its a last resort, mainly because of their packaging to be honest. If it was a little studier and more reinforced then it would've been perfect. I don't mind the waiting times because they're pretty transparent about that (at least with international shipping times).

I placed my order on the 17th of February and received it on the 7th of March.

No customer services

Wish I checked reviews before ordering. No response to my last 3 emails, still waiting on a refund. Meanwhile, they are happily posting away on social media.

Possibly the worst service in the…

Possibly the worst service in the industry.
Facts :
You will get your prints weeks if not months after your ordered, it’s so slow you can’t even think of launching a legit business, just kot reliable
- no invoice, no problem : they just tell you no we don’t issue invoices at inprnt and that’s it, thank you. This is insane
- if you have any trouble ( 2 expensive metallic prints not received) good luck getting an answer, finally they sent back a new one that i received 13 weeks after. 13 weeks.
This review is not a one time experience, i bought several thousand euros from them directly, shipped to europe, new zealand and the us, each and every time with a problem, even for the us.
Do NOT waste your time with these folks, print quality is not an excuse for a mediocre service.

Update: Thank you for the verification. We found 6 orders from you over several months, all shipped within a few business days of being ordered. However the total for the orders doesn't seem to add up to the referenced amount.

I apologize if there is some miscommunication somewhere.

We took a look at our support desk and it looks like out of the 6 orders, one order had an issue where a metallic print shipment went missing in transit and our team issued a replacement within a few days after being notified, as is our normal policy. The order confirmation and commercial invoice are of course provided for each order :)

I'm not sure what happened but it looks like in the end all the shipments arrived and we hope you enjoyed the prints!

The poster was posted flat

The poster was posted flat for some reason?! Never seen that before. It was bent, and had footprints on it... Weird stuff.

Our art prints are shipped in rigid flat mailers with additional corrugated cardboard on the inside and a poly sheath to protect against damage and moisture :) We've been shipping our small and mini sized prints this way for about 15 years now as we've found it's the best way to prevent damage. Not satisfied with quality

Ordered a painting. Took 3 weeks instead of promised 5-10 days to finish the printing process after chasing their customer service twice. Still this is ok. But the painting itself has some white scratches on it when looking at it closely. For a 40$ 14x24 painting, I expect a better quality. Fortunately though they're not visible from a bit of a distance

Instead of coming back to me 6 months later and undermining my review, maybe try to improve your service? As I looked into this matter later, there were other customers who had similar complaints about delay in shipment and quality of prints too
