When buying online, and accepting order there are hidden costs ( as much as the cost of the print!!) that need to be paid once parcel arrives home a month later. You are forced to accept or loose you... Toon meer

Initial shipment lost but service recovery was good

Product was ordered on 15 Jan 2023.
Item was FINALLY shipped on 31 Jan 2023.
According to the postal tracking, it went through at least 4 different facilities before finally being shipped overseas(s)? on 11 Feb. I am assuming that it was shipped overseas since the tracking stopped there while it was still logged as “in transit”.

I wrote in to Inprnt’s support services today (15 Mar) asking about the item and guess what? Shortly after I did so, all the tracking info vanished.

The item hasn’t reached me, Inprnt hides their email (I had to Google it because it wasn’t even on their own website, they cleverly hid it within Twitter replies) and doesn’t reply to emails (I previously tried to write to them about a separate issue in 2021 and they just never responded too).

Stay away from this website. I’m never coming back here and going to stay on the trusted sites (which are about the same price and actually provide good and prompt service!!)

Customer service has replied. Will update on the solution and the outcome when it is available.

Inprnt deemed the shipment as lost, and the customer service staff did a courtesy replacement of the item for me.

It took approximately two calendar weeks/a fortnight from the time of the email notifying me of the courtesy replacement to when I got the replacement item in my mailbox.

I’ve updated the review and number of stars to reflect my full experience, taking off one star for the initial slow production (15 days from the time the order was place to when it was shipped out), because compared to the other companies I bought products from, Inprnt is quite a bit slower. Otherwise, the service recovery was pretty good.

Had cards made from the artist Mars Black. High quality cards, easy to work with company.

FedEx actually lost my package and inprnt resolved the situation quickly and with no problem. Will order from them again!

Ottimo

Sono arrivata al sito perché volevo acquistare le stampe di un autore trovato su IG che mi ha molto colpito. UX molto facile e la transazione è stata facilissima - le stampe sono arrivate perfettamente imballate, protette e in ottime condizioni, qualità di stampa fantastica e perfette per essere incorniciate e appese.
Le uniche pecche purtroppo derivano dalla dogana: ci vuole davvero un'eternità prima che passino i controlli, e il Customer Service onestamente non si è rivelato molto utile, ha delegato a me la responsabilità di controllare lo stato del pacco piuttosto che verificare di persona con i propri spedizionieri.
A parte questo, non posso comunque lamentarmi perché non avevo fretta e le stampe sono meravigliose.

Great customer support

Product never got to me because of postal service mistake.
Inprnt customer support reached out to me and sent another one immediately.
Arrived without trouble the second time around.
Quality is as good as expected.

Extremely disappointing

Extremely disappointing. Purchased several prints, the transaction went through immediately then I didnt hear anything for weeks. After requesting a shipping update they sent two emails. One for shipping and one telling me it shipped, no apology, no refund.

30+ days since order; nothing yet

Ordered a phone case 4th Nov - now more than a month later it still hasn't arrived. Their website claims an estimated 10days for international delivery, yet 30+ days later and nothing has arrived.
Stay away if you are not in the USA and INPRNT, you really shouldn't accept orders from overseas if you can't be bothered to offer a delivery service that works.

artist experience is lacking unfortunally

decent but very bad compared to competitors.
purely from an artists perspective imprint is incredibly slow to use, painful and the monetary reward although higher than other sites is not worth it.

what is lacking compared to redbubble and artstation?
1. slow uploading process.
uploading takes a long time. and error will remove anything you typed and loading previews takes forever. tags are not streamlined and can't be copy pasted in. lot of typing.
2. limited insight into business.
what sells, what doesn't, how is my art doing? i have no idea. inprint doesn't actively try to get brand partnerships nor does it encourage proper SEO help like redbubble.
3. limited sales options.
no other things other than poster related stuff and phone covers.
4. cropping is just not worth it.
cropping previews take so long to load for additional content i just don't bother. this hurts my sales. however i can upload 5 items on teepublic compared to on imprint.

what do i want.
i really like the idea of a print focused site. so i can use all of my canvas and focus on more traditional art composition. please fix the uploading process so i can actually use your site normally. i know it ain't easy but it's rn it's just not worth it time wise for me to upload on your website. i already make decent money on teepublic and redbubble, inprint hasn't proven itself to me yet but it's upload process is not encouraging me to continue.

I apologize for any inconvenience. Our site is purposefully not setup for mass uploads. That said we do offer a wide variety of products like metal, acrylic and canvas prints. Framed prints, stickers, mini prints, and card packs :)

I've already heard bad things about INPRNT, but I can't even set up my own shop because they won't take any of my images. I waited an hour for one image to upload and nothing.

Worst print quality I’ve ever seen

Worst print quality I’ve ever seen. They came bent to hell and the resolution is crap. And the 1 inch white border all around is a waste of money. I’ll never buy another print from here. Sucks because I really want to support my favorite artists. Edit: they emailed and asked me to provide more details or they might remove the review. I don't know what else to add?? I wasn't satisfied with my overpriced low quality print with a huge white border. That's it.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam - just as simple as that. You can print better quality prints with your printer. Their customer service is MOST awful. They charge EXORBITANT money for bad product and awful customer service.

Update on Aug 23: They posted a reply to my review. But, as I expected, their reply has NOTHING to do with what I posted about. First of all, they never even offered to refund anything though it was delivered by MY NEIGHBOR several days later because it is not their job. second of all, their customer service is probably THE WORST. Rude, unprofessional and uncourteous.
They should have offered refund but they never did!

Upon reviewing your support history it looks like your order ended up at a neighbor's house by accident. I'm so sorry for the mixup, the address on the shipment was correct and it looks like the courier delivered it incorrectly. We're very sorry about that.

As a customer

As a customer, I got a canvas print that was not cheap, and the quality was not good. Worst canvas print I’ve bought, there is a piece of something like canvas material stuck to the middle of the print, bad resolution and it reflects a horrible amount of light no matter where you put it (canvas is not supposed to do that), and I looked and of course there is no return policy. They haven’t responded to my email about my dissatisfaction.
