When buying online, and accepting order there are hidden costs ( as much as the cost of the print!!) that need to be paid once parcel arrives home a month later. You are forced to accept or loose you... Toon meer

Paid for nothing, impossible to reach customer service
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Ordered something several weeks ago, it still is not shipped and customer service never replies - even though it says 2 business days on their website. Never got my item or my money back. This is scam!
Tiny image, huge margins, cost not worth it.
I can't complain about the shipping time because I live outside of the US. But.
They dropped the package on my front garden where it was WET AFTER IT HAD RAINED. The package was bent. Luckily, the prints were within a plastic sleeve so it was saved, but the largest print was bent. I can understand that it was probably the postal service, but they should reinforce the packages for the prices we're paying and the quality of the prints.
And about the print value vs the size I ordered... the margins are so huge around my 4x5 prints the image is TINY. They did not kid with the print size, but I was expecting the image to actually be 4x5 and see more of the image. Instead they're tiny things surrounded by a huge white margin. And one of the images is off-center.
Not buying from them again. It's too expensive for the image size that I'm getting and I will NOT forgive them wrapping my prints in cardboard and plastic.
Worst customer service ever
Absolutely nothing works. No order confirmation, no email replies after a week, nothing. Please avoid.

Update: received product 10/30/23 which was one month from order date. Beautiful product. Customer service still horrible. Four star for product, 0 for response or customer service.

Order lost and refund denied
My order was late being sent out, and was then lost. I asked for a refund, but they denied. I’ve had to go to PayPal to get refunded. Customer service was really weird, felt like they were being snarky the entire time.
SLOWEST SHIPPING EVER
I ordered two posters from a seller here nearly a month ago, and they still have yet to give me an update that they've shipped out. I'm pretty certain it's not the artists' fault, however, because this is something that happened exactly in the past 2 years ago with a different artist. They excused it as orders being delayed because of COVID at the time with an email, but 2 years later they certainly don't have the same excuse for this to happen again. What's the problem anyways? Why does this take so long? I got the prints after a while that last time, but this is something that shouldn't be a problem. It's ridiculous.
10/17 Edit: I got an update a couple of days after this review where they confirmed my order had shipped. Today, the posters have arrived in mint condition and are absolutely gorgeous. I'm raising my rating for the quality of the products. I only wish they had better communication, and speedy shipping.

No support, No delivery
I bought a print mid August. I cancelled it in early September. The promised shipping date was 12 days. There was no update.
I struggled to find support, and emailed their customer support to no reply.
I checked the status of my order, it says refund pending.
It is now late September, almost October, I have not gotten my money back or had any support.
This is a sketchy company that does not deliver.
Hopefully, asking my bank to chargeback works.

Waste of Money
EXTREMELY slow production and shipping. They shipped over a hundred dollars in prints with one flimsy piece of cardboard so that every print got bent and creased during shipping.
Good prints, bad wait times.
Have ordered from Inprnt before and currently have an order in progress. I am always satisfied with the price, size selection, frequent discounts and quality of the prints. I also find they are shipped quite securely in cardboard sleeves.
However, production and shipping times are incredibly slow. In my experience it takes around 3 weeks minimum for an order to be manufactured and delivered but can take 4-5 weeks. My second order, though quite large, will hit it's 4 week mark next week and it is still in America.
That being said I find Inprnt to be very consistent. Consistently slow at production and shipping, but consistently good quality. If you are buying a gift from Inprnt be sure to give yourself at LEAST a month before the gift date and you should find everything to be ok!

Absolutely ridiculous website
Absolutely ridiculous website. They say they ship within 5-7 days; they didn't even begin printing the order until I sent in a message at 16 days to cancel my order with a refund. There were two orders and they only printed one; there is no tracking information or estimated arrival date. No refund policy. Total scam. Avoid at all costs! This company should not be in business.

Still no refund a month after cancellation
(sorry for my English, not a native)
I only buy prints on this website because the artists whose art I love are only selling there, but I wouldn't if I could avoid it, firstly because the delay before shipping is way longer than what is announced when you order (for me it was "7-10 days" announced and it took 20 days, and I'm convinced it was quickened by the email I sent to ask for information, because my order was shipped the following day).
And secondly, my other, BIGGER problem is that when I made my order, I made a mistake by buying twice the same print, so I immediately emailed to ask to modify it. They told me it was impossible to change an order, but they had cancelled it so that I could make another (my money hadn't left my bank account by then). Then, two days later, they took the money for the cancelled order (which I had been warned would happen, no issue here). They had told me it would take "a few days" for the refund. It was the 28th of July, and as of now, the 23rd of August, I still haven't got my money back, even though I emailed on the 15th. They only told me I was still on the waiting queue for the refund process (which I SURE HOPE SO), no time estimation given. A month (maybe even more ?) to refund an order that was cancelled a few hours after it was made is A BIT MUCH to me.
The support lady that talked to me seemed nice though, no complain about it, it's obviously not in her hands.
UPDATE 14th of September: they ghosted me after I tried to contact them again on the 4th of September, so I filled a reclamation through PayPal, and I received the refund immediately, so if you have the same issue as I did, I advise you to try contacting PayPal, they're very reactive.

Poor customer service, ghosted after reaching out
Got 2 prints.
One was great, one was awful (printed at low res).
Reached out and things were fine at first.
Sent pics of garbage print as proof.
"Yeah, that's what its supposed to look like."
"Uhhhhh....What? No it isn't? I'll even send it back to you on my own dime so your team can see how bad it is!"
Ghosted me and will not respond to my emails.

Great first experience
I was a little bit hesitant to order from Inprnt because of the poor Trustpilot score, but I really wanted a print from an artist I love so I took the risk.
I took advantage of a discounted shipping sale (which seems to happen pretty often) and it shipped DHL with tracking. There was a customs fee, but it was perfectly reasonable.
I had to reach out to customer service after 10 business days because my order status still hadn't changed. They replied quickly and a fews days later I had my tracking number.
The print quality is great so far, very sharp details, great saturation, no bleed and accurate colors (when compared with my calibrated monitor).
I will definitely buy from them again, if they drop the ball on a future order, I will update my review. I think their score is slightly biased because they don't ask for reviews unlike companies like RedBubble (which is also great) and I do like that the artists get more revenue from Inprnt

Awful Customer service, wrong address written by them on parcel
Ordered prints, and at checkout said it would ship within 2-7 days. A month later it finally shipped, however they wrote the INCORRECT address on the parcel which wasn't the one I provided at checkout nor the one that was on the confirmation email, and so it went to a totally different address. Customer service still yet to respond and this was weeks ago. Avoid at all costs.
Edit: In response to their reply on my review a *year* later, I never got a reply from their customer service when I enquired beyond an automated email saying they will reply soon, and I had to go to the address they had wrongly written on my parcel, and thankfully the person there was honest enough to give it to me. And upon checking the parcel, it was indeed the wrong address, one which I had NOT supplied, nor the one that was on my confirmation email. Thinking it was a one off (and the fact one of my favourite artists only sell through this site) I bought anyother item a few months later, only for the same address error to happen. Needless to say, I will never buy from them again as it seems they cannot write the correct address on my parcel despite it being given to them, and they answer to their customer queries a year after it was made :)

Awful company and customer service
Awful company and customer service. I ordered 10 prints from my favorite artist back in January. They promised 5-10 days for shipping. The order took over a month to arrive and by that time I had moved, so the prints got sent back to INPRNT.
I asked for a replacement and finally received the prints today (May 13th) over 5 months later. The prints were packaged so poorly that they all arrived completely bent, ripped, and ruined. There was zero instructions on the envelope they arrived in warning the postal service not to bend.
At this point I just want a refund because the print quality was worse than my color printer at home and I don’t want to wait another year for a replacement.
I will never purchase anything through them again.
They know better than the artist
I ordered 3 prints of my own work. One arrived with uneven borders (one-inch along the top and bottom, but two-inches on either side) and yellow tones were printed more green than yellow. A second image had a bold crimson color that came out a dull purple. And the last print has scratches or something on it. I supplied them with images and reasons for wanting a refund, but "Joshua" said he compared my images with those from my site and they looked fine. He surely knows better than me, THE ARTIST. And then said the damaged print must have been from my handling/framing it. I hadn't framed that one yet. So, yeah, just an awful and expensive experience.

I just want my money back. Why is this hard?
I made an order eight days ago. I accidentally ordered two copies of a print instead of one. I contacted them immediately and asked to change the order.
They replied that they could not change an order once it had been placed, but were able to completely cancel the order and would issue a refund "in several days."
I still have not received my refund. I wrote them asking about my refund status. They now say that a refund can take eight to ten business days -- up to another week. This order was through Paypal, it's not like they have to cut a check or anything.
If they had issued a refund on the same day, I would have been able to re-buy the print I wanted and we'd both be happy.
Deleted my portfolio without warning
After being on the platform for 7 months and creating a following on social media for my artworks, Inprnt, without warning, without consulation, deleted all of my works from their site claiming I broke their guidelines. I then reached out to them about which guidelines I broke and they didn't respond to comment. They also did NOT provide me with the money that was owed to me from sales, because they deleted my entire account without warning. Disgusting.
I can only assume they believe it was because my art was digital art and they recently added some guideline about AI art, which mine was not.
How do you determine digital art is AI???!!! When all digital art is a form of retooling of designs aka photoshop in one form or another. After spending 100's of hours creating the artworks / portfolio and uploading to their site, I couldn't even get my descriptions, keywords or metadata back or the money I was owed.
Horrible experience and good luck to these people if they believe they are proprietors of what is 'real' art and not. Most digital art online is created with Adobe, microsoft, canva and other design tools, AI or not. I guess spending hours editing, drawing and creating digital art means it must be AI these days.
Avoid them.

False Advertising and Bad Customer Service
5-10 days delivery advertised on their website. Roughly 20 days after placing my order, I contact them to ask about my order and within *minutes* I receive a reply stating that they apologize and that they put my order in the "priority list" (whatever that is).
My order is still in production a month after placing the order. I've contacted them again this time asking for a refund since I'm unable to accept the delivery as I am outside of the US now. I've sent the email a couple of days ago and still no reply.
Customer service really good at placing you inside an imaginary priority list but really bad at customer service.
EDIT: I just got my refund back. Supposedly, the art that I've ordered has been plagiarized. Though I'm quite happy I got my refund back, I'm also quite pissed that my order took a month before being flagged.
Horrible customer service
Right when I wanted to complete the order the website crashed on me, my order didn’t go through but they still charged me money.
Wrote an email the same day to tell them about my problem so they maybe would be able to either fix it or refund me so I could re-do the order. Unfortunately they didn’t answer my email, or answered me through any of the other problems I tried contacting them through.
Absolutely horrible customer service and all I can do is hope that PayPal will refund me since it wasn’t a cheap order either.
