Insu Pak Reviews

We were very happy from the day we placed our order everything went well and information given to us from making it to installing the roof , the guys that fitted it are a credit to the company very hard workers

Very pleased with result no more leaking roof cooler in hot weather and less noise when heavy rain would recommend.

Work was carried out efficiently and rubbish removed once completed, however I have found no improvement in the temperatures in winter or summer, today the temperature inside with all blinds drawn down was 30 degrees.

Good communication and customer service from initial contact to job completion. Workers were friendly and efficient . Site was left clean and tidy. New roof with a glass panel is keeping the heat in whilst reducing noise level

Really pleased with new roof. Only took one day too install. Good quality workmanship highly recommend this company.

Very good work excellent price, excellent quality workmanship there was no pushy sales person,we had one company quote if you pay now while I am here it will be this price, then what do you want to pay, none of that nonsence,he came quoted price and left us to decide, date was agreed,he came and it was fitted in a day, quality work,he even came back the next day to check and finish a little fitting that he did not have, had no problems at all, highly recommended

Our conservatory is so much warmer since the roof was done. Vaughn did an excellent job, very clean and tidy.
Would highly recommend this company.

From initial query to installation, the whole process was so easy. Excellent quality conservatory roof panels at an affordable price. Vaughn was great all the way through.

First class service and product, would highly recommend the company to friends.

Very pleased with new panels. Certainly makes a difference to temperature in our conservatory. Work was finished in couple of hours and everything cleared away. Have already recommended to a friend.

From the initial Sales pitch from Vaughn to the fitting by Nigel & Aiden, we found the whole process and outcome to be very good. Nothing was too much trouble and we are fussy customers! 😁

We have a 28ftx12ft conservatory and our old leaky & dirty glass roof has been replaced with a bright, shiny, well insulated solid roof together with new downpipes and guttering. Internally, the finish is immaculate.
Other solutions we looked at involved structural changes & Building Regs approval, but the Insu-Pak solution required no structural changes and indeed, is lighter in weight than glass and more eco-friendly.
The result is a space we can now use 365days per year, it is noticeably warmer when cold outside & noticeably cooler when warm outside. No more condensation either !!
Our Conservatory is slightly darker inside now, but that would be the same whichever solution we had chosen and we had to do something, given the state of our glass roof.
We chose well and would happily recommend the Insu-Pak solution and the guys who made it happen

Insu-pak were first rate personable and professional and I am extremely pleased with the result. Simply chalk and cheese compared to a competitor! No hard sell no nonsense just first rate all round.

Really pleased with my new sun room roof! The team were professional, helpful, and this was significantly better value than other companies offering a similar product. It was all done in one day and I have no complaints!

Installed the panels for about a mouth ago, just love them.
During the mouth, already survived through heavy rains and heat. Leaking was one of my main concerns before installing but there was totally no such issue. The panels make it possible for us to transform the conservatory into a dining room.
Top job from Vaughn. No pushy sales. Get the job done. Surely recommended.

We had 3 quotes to replace our old polycarbonate conservatory roof with insulated panels. Insu Paks was the best price, and they also installed one glass double glazed panel, which the other companies did not offer.
Installation took place as promised in December before Christmas, and look less than a day. We are very happy with the new roof and the service from Vaugh and his team.

Excellent service from Vaughan, Nigel and Nigel’s Son in quoting us for a new conservatory roof to the finished result. The price was very reasonable. The panel’s not only look very nice but make the conservatory a much comfortable room to use in all seasons. The roof was replaced in less than a day and when completed all left very clean and tidy. Would highly recommend this company.

We had new insulated flat roof fitted. Competitively priced which has made my conservatory much more usable.
Excellent service with no hard sell.

Excellent service from Vaughan from quote. To supply and fit the panels It has made a huge difference to my conservatory.
Have enjoyed sitting in there on the few warm days that we have had.Cost a third of the price that I was quoted for a new roof which I didn’t need .
The panel’s look very nice and very well made worth every penny.Thank you Vaughan .

Work completed quickly and transformed the conservatory into a very usable room

We recently moved to a bungalow with a huge conservatory, with an old cracked polycarbonate roof. As usual, too hot in the summer and would be much too cold in the winter. We had tried contacting various companies who offered 'solutions' to the problem, but once they viewed it the only advice given was to put on a solid tiled roof at a cost of over £16000, which we could not afford. Then I saw an advert for Insu-Pak, and read a lot of reviews of it, which all seemed to be very pleased with the result. I got in touch, had an almost instant response from Vaughn, followed by a visit to have a look and measure up. We had mentally braced ourselves for a huge amount as the conservatory is 35 square metres, but were pleasantly surprised by the quote and decided to go ahead. Just over a month later the job was complete. It looks great, and has definitely dropped the summer temperature inside by about 10 degrees, which bodes well for winter. We did have a few teething problems after completion, but these were dealt with swiftly and competently. If, like me you find the heat in your conservatory insufferable, then I would definitely suggest you get in touch with Insu-Pak.
