I found that your sales person was…
I found that your sales person was dishonest, unprofessional, and quite misleading. When I gave him honest information, he wanted to quote me as if I had no car accident, which of course my insurance rates will be lower instead of what the actual facts were talk about misleading, and I called him out on it, and I clearly told him what I had stated and I found him rude within the first few minutes of our conversation. I could tell that I was dealing with someone that was not going to be above Board and quite slimy to say it bluntly I hope your calls are recorded because he was anything but professional.

Agent was excellent, unfortunately the home insurance quote was off the wall, didn’t even come close to what I’m paying now 130$ more insane! Car insurance was reasonable! When I say reasonable I mean you were a little lower but not worth the change!

Saved 100's of Dollars - Easy Process
I had used Insurance Hotline last year to review some auto insurance quotes but decided to stay with my current provider of many years. This year, unsolicited, Insurance Hotline sent me some quotes and this time the deal was too good to pass-up and I went with the company that provided the lowest price from the ones that Insurance Hotline had provided. The insurance is with a very well-known and reliable carrier so I feel great about my decision. The process was simple and easy. Insurance Hotline called me after I had expressed interest in their quotes and warm-transferred me to the agent that helped me. That process was easy as well and the agent was very helpful. I had always felt you couldn't get good deals from other insurance companies but they proved me wrong.

I spoke to an agent who hung up on me when told him to be direct. Not a pleasant experience.He was to busy telling me his qualifications instead of the quote. Very frustrating experience.

It boggles my mind that insurance companies have had record profits in the billions in the past few years and they have the nerve to say rates need to increase due to auto thefts.
