I found that your sales person was dishonest, unprofessional, and quite misleading. When I gave him honest information, he wanted to quote me as if I had no car accident, which of course my insurance rates will be lower instead of what the actual facts were talk about misleading, and I called him out on it, and I clearly told him what I had stated and I found him rude within the first few minutes of our conversation. I could tell that I was dealing with someone that was not going to be above Board and quite slimy to say it bluntly I hope your calls are recorded because he was anything but professional.

The insurance is with a very well-known and reliable carrier so I feel great about my decision. The process was simple and easy. Insurance Hotline called me after I had expressed interest in their quotes and warm-transferred me to the agent that helped me. That process was easy as well and the agent was very helpful. I had always felt you couldn't get good deals from other insurance companies but they proved me wrong.

The quote was more expensive than my current policy. It boggles my mind that insurance companies have had record profits in the billions in the past few years and they have the nerve to say rates need to increase due to auto thefts. This should be criminal. This is the result of a Liberal government not keeping things affordable for Canadians.
