Hi,
I am quite disappointed by Arkhip Lebedev (sales broker, P: 289-451-3763) as no response from him after he sent me just one email for my vehicle and home insurance coverages since October 15. Up till today October 22, here is 5 business days I gained none of his words from call nor email for the follow up.
I left Arkhip 3 messages plus one email since October 15 till yesterday. Told Arkhip in my email on October 15 that I couldn't talk with him over the phone at my workplace but would call him to discuss my concerns in the coverages on Monday October 20 when I did call him twice and left him messages, as well as once yesterday October 21.
It seems Arkhip is not intersted in following up my business, would prefer Scoopinsurance could arrange another sales broker to look after my case earlier possible.
