Got quote from online give me price £2400 give me reference number can’t pay online says call us when I call them he says the reference number you give can’t find details you need to give me details again then I says ok he take my car details about driving he didn’t ask my name or anything the mean he got my details but want to scam me and after half hour call including hold in between he say the cheapest prices I get £4500 what online quote was £2400 way is so much different saying oh the information missing which council you want work from I put the in now what a joke these guys never ever recommend company who scam you like this 👎🏼

I gave them full information including my driving license but they increase price what they showed me online by £100 which disappointed me actually.

Having insured my vehicle as a taxi, I was faced with significant delays from local Council with plates being issued.
Throughout the process Insurd team were brilliant at keeping me up to date with what to do and when. Really responsive with calls and emails (in particular Jess) and understood how tedious the process was from Council. When all sorted out, felt really valued as a customer.

Cameron williams got my phv insurance set up quickly got my quote down to a reasonable monthly amount considering I had no NCB would definitely use again. Brilliant service

Such a quick and easy process and even help me the best he could with everything.

Absolutely amazing company main man here to ask for is Matt Shaw what a gentleman polite and very helpful sorted my policy whithin minutes. This is my second year with insurd and definitely will be sticking with these guys professional customer service and amazing staff
