AVOID!

Gave me a price online which was wonderful had to call to accept qoute waited around 30mins to get through to someone who told me that the price online was a telematics (not mentioned anywhere) and had re run my details to get me an without telematics, when the person got back to me the price had doubled for some reason. Luckily found someone else who actually honours the price that they give.
Definitely do not recommend.

First motorhome policy..so no aquired no claims bonus..good price..quick and easy process..followed up by request for driving licience photos & check my licience code..C1 vehicle..all done in 2 days..good communication

I cancelled my insurance just four days after taking out the policy, well within the cooling-off period. Despite this, I was charged almost £500 in cancellation fees.

The company told me the charges included "non-refundable insurer fees, time-on-cover charges, and administration fees." However, based on the figures provided, it appears they also retained their full commission. I asked them to provide a detailed written breakdown showing exactly how the £500 was calculated, including each fee and charge, but they have not responded.

The cancellation terms and potential costs were not explained clearly before I agreed to the policy. My experience with customer service was disappointing, as I found the staff rude and unwilling to provide a transparent explanation.

I would advise anyone considering this company to ask for a full written explanation of all cancellation charges before taking out a policy.

Very disappointing experience with Insurd. I paid £288 as a deposit for my insurance policy, but after only 4 days I decided to cancel. I was told that cancellation charges applied and that I would only receive around £80 back, meaning almost £200 was taken.

When I asked for the cancellation terms and charges, I was told that these had been explained over the phone, but I was not provided with clear written cancellation terms before agreeing. I believe important information such as cancellation fees and charges should be clearly provided in writing so customers can make an informed decision.

The cancellation process was frustrating, and I found the customer service response unhelpful. Customers should be given full transparency about all fees, including any finance charges, before signing up.

Just wanted to mention the great service I continue to receive from Insurd's Ashley Lombard, after purchasing my car insurance in March. Today I had a quick enquiry about my insurance so I emailed Ashley to arrange a call. She called me in less than 10 minutes and chatted it through. Ashley is very helpful and knowledgeable, on top of which she has such a lovely manner. I've never experienced this level of care in an insurance company, so felt worth mentioning.

What a great company and staff, I come across insurance brokers all the time as a taxi driver and driving instructor and they are a different experience, genuine, sincere and looking to do the best for you. They are fraud. I have cancelled my policy in cooling off period after just 3 days of policy and they have charged me over 250£ with some nonsense costs which were never told me at time if insurance. Really bad experience😡
