They are fraud. I have cancelled my policy in cooling off period after just 3 days of policy and they have charged me over 250£ with some nonsense costs which were never told me at time if insurance. Really bad experience😡

Had to renew my campervan yearly insurance.
After an early agreement, it was found out that I had forgotten to mention 3 points on my licence. the new quote was very much dearer.
Ashley, from customer service was quick to look for a better deal which she did... once all sorted I also realised I had underestimated my predicted annual milage...
Another call to Ashley who sorted it quickly.
Ok, I am 70 years old and probably not as sharp as a few years ago (wait till you get there) so I must thanks her for her understanding and great patience.

Jade was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had in a timely and efficient manner. I could not fault her from start to finish. She seen discrepancies in admin from previous broker and fixed them, also fixing an issue I had with insurance that I had given up on, she sorted it. I would not hesitate to recommend Insurd. I bought policy with cameron. Start date was 20th of june. Tried emailing them about my account but no response. Today 22nd of june i called them saying I don’t want to continue with this company because there’s no way to see my account and know whether i am insured ?
They take ages to answer the call and i have been only with this company for 2 days and within cooling off period. I paid 195 as deposit. For cancellation they are asking me another 150£. Thats a joke.
They are saying they will go to dept collections.
Definitely not happy with this scam. I will go to court myself if they don’t cancel and refund me after cancellation fee.
I would request everyone to avoid unless they are fair.
