Gary is literally one of the most helpful engineers iv ever had to deal with nothing is ever too much trouble to him as a fellow gas engineer his knowledge is absolutely second to none. Most importantly he is an absolute credit to intergas and they are lucky to have him.

Warranty Repair.
We had Intergas attend a boiler under warranty.
Jack Clowry the engineer, fixed the fault very quickly but on testing found the gas too low at the meter.
He duly called out gas utilities who sorted that problem too. Top marks for Jack and Intergas.

Real people with real experience
Mark, the engineer we’ve had, knows the Intergas boilers like he dismantles and rebuilds 3 before breakfast every day. The office is staffed by people who actually answer the phone and are empowered to make decisions (rare in today’s world). Our boiler is very happy, many years from installation. So we are happy.

First warranty call out…
First warranty call out five years after boiler installation (boiler serviced annually) good communications from (Colin) the service engineer, he messaged the day before the visit to advise information required prior to investigation/repair, service history etc, messaged early on the day to confirm the approximate time of arrival, arrived as stated, polite, friendly helpful and knowledgeable, carried out a thorough inspection, quickly identified and repaired the fault, replacing a sensor. Then checked all boiler operations as he would during servicing, startup, shutdown, flue emissions etc, advised and adjusted temperatures to optimise performance and reliability, and checked the operation of the remote programmer, excellent service, went above and beyond my expectations, thank you Colin...
