Boiler developed a fault. Phoned intergas and they were very helpful, arranging for an engineer who replaced the faulty part under the warranty.

Engineer is always on time for our service
Tyler always arrives on time and is very polite. He ensures that we understand what he has done on the day and advises us of any actions that we may need to take. We trust intergas after the support given to us following a bad installation.

Our engineer Fabio was excellent all round
Our engineer Fabio arrived on time, he was very efficient, polite and informative, his advice was very helpful, with his knowledge he soon sourced the problem, he fixed the problem and we are now back up and running. We are very pleased with the service and would recommend.

Another excellent annual service. Once again, Jack Clowry did a superb job. Polite, on time, and at no point tried to sell anything unlike so many other companies.

Don’t recommend
Left me with scolding water in a bungalow with a toddler because the incorrect install that they identified was not their job to fix. That was the first I encountered them for same issue. 2nd time turned up at ten to 5 when my toddler had been in paddling pool all day and desperately wanted a bath to tell me that installation issue wasn’t just hot and cold taps but earth cable was cut and he wouldn’t fix it but had to turn it off until heatcare fixed it. Then told me it needed a seal? Heat care saying they installed it. They never. Passing the buck and avoiding responsibility although most effective at diagnosing actual issues with the boiler. Still left me with unsafe boiler and water temp twice so 1 star it is since I’m being reminded to review.

Fabio was fantastic
Fabio was fantastic. He was really knowledgeable about the gas boiler and was quick and efficient. The boiler had several issues which he quickly identified and replaced the faulty parts. Would happily fully recommend him to anyone.
