Excellent service
Excellent service from Colin Jones. Colin called the day before to give me the time of his arrival and he arrived on schedule.
He is such a pleasant gentleman who has given us excellent service in the past. He explained what he had checked and done, nothing was too much trouble, everywhere was left clean and tidy, he is a credit to the company. It left me reassured that the boiler had a thorough service no corners cut, definitely 5 star service.

Boiler annual service
8Great job done by the boiler engineer servicing the boiler. Unfortunately the job was booked for the Monday but failed to turn up. Waited all day and no show. Turned up Tuesday. Day wasted Monday. Not the engineers fault but poor booking system. Engineer did decent a job thanks. Would give 5 stars but I wasn't impressed with the booking for the Monday not turning up, no contact or communication from intergas, I had to ring them and on hold for 20 minutes to be informed that nobody was coming after waiting in all day.

Good level of service from Intergas and their staff.
Easy to book a service appointment by phone. The engineer turned up on time, talked me through what he was doing, did the job well. He filled in the service document, and the report and receipt were sent through email. A job well done.
