I reported a F004 error code on Friday …
I reported a F004 error code on Friday by email, within a few hours I received a phone call from Intergas. A report was created and advised our engineer received a job report later that day. Our heating engineer arrived to replace the parts on Monday - all under warranty.
Excellent service and communication by Intergas.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Helpful on the phone on initial call for advice. Very quick to get an engineer out. Engineer carried out work to a high standard and very knowledgable. Overall a great company to deal with.

What an amazing company
What an amazing company! Outstanding service from the technical help line to the attending engineer. After weeks of having an intermittent noisy boiler that’s only 10 years old Fabio arrived and found the fault immediately, Also carried out a full proper service like I’ve never had from local gas service guys - Fabio I will be using you and Intergas going forward.

Excellent service
I telephoned the helpline as I had a query relating to the operation of the boiler. I got through quickly and the engineer I spoke to was able to answer my queries fully and in terms a none technical person can understand.
I had a follow-up question shortly after the first call, so called them back. Again I got through very quickly to a different engineer who was just as impressive as the first.
Both gentlemen were very good at communicating with a none technical person and very personable.
I was very impressed with the service I received.
