Intergas Heating manufactures a domestic high efficiency boiler unlike any other. Its intelligent design means there is no need for a diverter valve, valve motor, secondary hot water plate heat exchanger or auto air vent and, with fewer parts, there’s less to go wrong. Its revolutionary two-in-one heat exchanger has never had a mechanical failure since its launch over 20 years ago and, as all boilers condense in both heating and hot water modes, they are not just one of the most reliable on the market, they are one of the most energy efficient too.

The R&D team at head office in the Netherlands has created the lowest NOx boilers on the market, the Xtreme and the Xclusive, and both have NOx emission levels as low as 17.06mg/kWh. The Xtreme also has a built-in passive flue gas heat recovery unit to further reduce emissions of CO2.

Excellent service

Fabio the engineer arrived on time and quickly fitted a new fan to our tenants boiler. There was a small issue re a copy of the service history, but this was quickly resolved. Fabio was very knowledgeable and helpful. All in all a good experience.

Small Boiler Issue

I had a small problem with my boiler gave them call

I wasn’t kept waiting and was put through to this wonderful chap who couldn’t help being more patient and helpful.

He instructed me what I needed to do to resolve the situation and with in a vey short period of time the problem was resolved
If only more companies could be as easy to communicate with

The engineer was fine and did a good…

The engineer was fine and did a good job.
My only complaint is, that in this day and age, you seem unable to narrow down the time that he due to arrive! I was told he’d phone an hour before, but in truth, I got 20 minutes warning by text!
So my whole day was just wasted! Even a morning or afternoon would help would help.
Don’t just blame it on the engineer, as he sets the schedule ! I’m the paying customer, but that seems to count for nothing! It’s very very poor, and unacceptable !

Thank you for your feedback and for your positive comments about the engineer. We’re sorry for the frustration caused by the arrival window and short notice.
We provide an 8am–5pm timeframe because job lengths can vary depending on what’s found on site, making exact arrival times difficult to predict. Engineers aim to give as much notice as possible before arrival, but this can be affected by earlier jobs taking longer than expected.
We understand how valuable your time is and appreciate your suggestion, which we’ll take on board as we continue to improve our service.

Perfect service on time.

Perfect service They sent me a reminder, then booked me a service slot. Did the boiler service on date, on time. Noted need to change something else, and had the materials to do that in the van. So, all good!
