When I reached out about the issue I was facing with my Invision monitor arm, it was immediately resolved by Victoria by sending a replacement and since then it's been working like a charm.

I bought an MX200 monitor arm to fit a 2nd monitor to my laptop desk. The arm is very sturdy and easy to fit, allowing easy adjustment of position for comfortable viewing.
I also ordered a NV100 Adapter Kit to fit a lightweight portable monitor, not realising the monitor was too thin to fix securely.
I raised a query with Invision's customer service who replied promptly. A simple and neat solution was found using some small M4 plastic-headed thumb screws. Invision offered compensation to cover the expense, but this was declined as the cost was minimal and I'd probably over-complicated the task.
I'm very happy with my purchase and reassured by Invision's excellent UK-based customer service.

I love the monitor mounts I bought several years ago but lost a part in my recent move. The Invision customer team quickly helped me identify the part and sent it to me at my new home. Everything was handle via email. Fantastic experince.

Amazing customer service and fact dispatch

Having lost certain parts to a product that I purchased a couple of years ago, the customer service team managed to source these from the warehouse (they are not sold separately) and sent them into me. Top rate customer service!

Im now updating the problem and reveiw. It clearly wasnt the companies fault but Amazon sending out damaged customer returns. After speaking to Invision Tech I was told that a fresh part would be sent out asap.

Bought the Invision HDTV-DXL Swivel TV Wall Bracket - 37-75" TVs for our Sony Bravia 55" telly. Easy instructions, well laid out, well made bracket, all the bits supplied in labelled packets, took me less than an hour to install.

I was very pleasantly surprised with the service I received from Invision Technology. I emailed them before I ordered with the specific model of the TV I was going to buy, to check that the bracket I had identified from their website was suitable.
They responded promptly, confirming that it was and sending an extra photo of how the bracket should look on the reverse of the TV so it was fitting properly.
I did contact them again for further help, and each time they responded promptly and thoroughly. I hope the product is as good as their service, it is due to be installed soon in a new kitchen.

The bracket I received from Invision for my TV was fabulous. The customer service is second to none, they offered any support that I might need, however the bracket was so straight forward to put up, no support was needed. Thank you, I would absolutely recommend the product, company and staff. 😊

Over the past few years, I've made multiple purchases, and although the products have consistently met my needs and performed exceptionally well, it's the exceptional customer service that truly sets them apart. On two or three occasions when I required assistance, Invision exceeded my expectations by going above and beyond. Kudos to them for their outstanding work, and I hope they continue to excel.
