I have never received my order
I have never received my order! The tracking keeps saying the same, that’s the order is leaving the UK. I placed my order March 21. Today is April 15, almost one month later, still have not received the order or Monday back! Very disappointing experience!

Lovely glasses
Lovely glasses; excellent value. Had to wait a little while before I was served initially but that is ok - it shows they weren't rushing the person in front of me! I haven't used them for lenses (being filled by my usual optician as I have issued) so cannot comment on that part of the service. I don't think they have an inhouse optician.

I have been a fan of Iolla for a few years but ……
I have been a huge fan of Iolla since it opened in Stockbridge but found the staff at Bruntsfield unhelpful when I wanted to place an order I needed glasses urgently so went straight to St James centre and placed the order .

Thoroughly recommend
The staff strike a good balance between being helpful and friendly and giving you space to just have a browse. The glasses are great and for my prescription quite cheap.

Such a straightforward process
Such a straightforward process. Visiting Glasgow. Popped in and was given attention straight away to explain how it worked. Given space and time to look around at all the fab choice of glasses. Chose frames and again taken care of so well. Have sunglasses to go with some of the frames. Little fold up ones.
Big thanks to Iolla staff. I love my glasses and I will return
