My order arrived very quickly and was securely packaged.
The night lights themselves work well.
The extras were a pleasant surprise.
I only read the reviews after I’d ordered so I had very low expectations however I have had a positive experience.

They claim to have fast shipping worldwide which is totally not true. Took us nearly a month to get it. When we finally got it it was made cheap and dogs don’t even want anything to do with the toy.

Horrible company. I will never order from them again. I usually read reviews, but this time I didn’t—and I’m paying for it.

I placed an order on November 29, 2025, and never received the item. Every time I checked the tracking, the status changed or disappeared. At one point it showed the package was in Pennsylvania; when I checked again later, the company suddenly claimed it was delivered on December 29th.

I have no Ring camera footage, no proof of delivery, and never received any delivery confirmation email. Waiting nearly two months for a ball is unacceptable, and claiming it was delivered when it wasn’t is even worse.

This company is dishonest and unreliable. Save your money and order elsewhere.

Very disappointed. I didn’t received my order. They don’t reply to messages. It’s a scam. They robe you. Be careful.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered 😡, still waiting on how I return my item , much too small for my dog , they offered me £4 for something I paid £12 for , now hanging on giving me my refund until the return time runs out.

Ordered on 1 December ready for for Xmas. It’s now then end of the 1st week of January item still hasn’t arrived. Contacted several times by email to request refund but no joy. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS “COMPANY”

i WOULD LIKE A RETURNE LABLE.iT TOOK SO LONG TO GET MY FIRST ORDER THAT I FORGOT I ORDER IT.sO NOW i HAVE 2 AND i ONLY NEED ONE. ON MY BANK ENVOICE IT TELL ME THAT i ORDER 3 i PUT IN A DISPUTE WITH THE BANK FOR ONE BUT I HAVE2 AT HOME AND i ONLEY WANT ONE.

Total waste of money - the toys (2) were meant to rattle when shaken and played with by the dogs - they lasted no more than a couple of minutes then the rattling ceased never to make the noise again. I should have read the reviews before ordering!

Ordered 2 interactive dog toys from their site on the 14th of December, when they arrived on the 29th. Both the toys were for cats, not suitable for dogs, I emailed customer services and have not had a response. Shocking quality and service - avoid!!

I received it, my dog destroyed it in three minutes 😭........ total waist of money 💰 and a month of waiting for it in the mail. Not worth trying to get the replacement either, WTF....!

I contacted them because the size does not fit my dog. They said that they have the right to refuse a refund. They refused to assist in helping me. Do not buy anything from them.

Don't order this product!!!! I never received my order, they emailed me this fake tracking order!! I ended up going to petsmart

Wow— what a terrible purchase I feel so dumb! The actual toy is 10x smaller than shown. Also poorly made — I’d never give this to my pet it’s a death trap. Do not buy

I ordered an interactive dog ball. It took weeks to arrive. My dog a King Charles Cavalier played with it for less than 5mins and the outer casing looked like a shark had attacked it. Complete waste of money and unsuitable for dogs.

I have ordered the ball on 12 december, they confirmed the order nearly immediately. I had no update for 8 days, i sent an email and they told me processing time is 10 days. Finally today 30december i have the ball here at home. The parcel arrived from china to here in new zealand. I have put in recharge the ball, tested, work fine, can t wait to give to my dog

Didnt get my bouncy ball! No email, nothing! Glad it was only around 20 euro.

My mother placed an order from iPaws Plus for three dog toys on 11/26/25. As of 12/25/25, the order hasn't arrived. Tracking still shows it in transit from China. I warned her about ordering from Facebook Ads. The only way to communicate with the company is through email. She said there is chat option, but you have to pay $5 to chat with someone. I told her that was a scam. You shouldn't have to pay more money to chat with someone regarding an order that was never received. Don't waste your time or money on iPaws Plus. Always look for customer reviews before purchasing from an unknown company.

Definitely would not recommend. They post on their site “fast shipping”. They are 25-35+ days out for shipping to the USA. Save your money and buy elsewhere. Doubtful we will ever get our order. And definitely not prior the holidays.

I ordered 2 of the balls on 12-5-2025 with a “delivery by Christmas” promise. They acknowledged receipt of my order, and immediately took my money. No other activity. This company doesn’t even deserve one star! SCAM ALERT!!!

They charge you for the product that never arrive .

The dog toys arrived yesterday 29/12 But I won’t be ordering anything from this company again .
