Ipawsplus Reviews

Took month to receive
Ball is 2/3 size of a tennis ball as claimed
Won't let my dog play with it so he won't try to swallow the ball
Waste of money after receiving it
So you got me on this one wont happen again

Load of Chinese scammers again!!! Never received my order DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ON FACEBOOK!!! In fact they should be ashamed to entertain such companys

Terrible company, the prodcut does not work and they do eveything they can to avoid giving you a refund. They will not refund the paid amount, so beware. The interactive ball DOES NOT MOVE and its literally the size of a golfball, no dog will ever play with this product!

Absolute scammers - avoid with your life- just vile🤯

Ordered an item, never received. Contacted them several times, all I received were excuses and apologies, but no item. They are now stating the item was delivered, a load of rubbish. Avoid at all costs.

The product does not corresponding the product in their advertising at instagram.

Bought the Electronic rolling pet toy - orange ball & plush - which they say is for medium size dog, there is also picture of the slight difference in measurements between it and a tennis ball to indicate they are of similar size - they absolutely are not. - I have 7 month old golden retriever and the toy arrived today - it is not much bigger than a golf ball and would be choking hazard - would not recommend purchase for any medium size dog

Order arrived no problem why negative reviews not sure pleased with product

BALL DOES NOT MOVE. FALSE ADVERTISING. READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU BUY!!!! THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Ordered an item on the 13th October, its now the 9th November and it hasn't been delivered. I have emailed their customer service 3 times but not had any response. This company is a waste of time. Do not buy from them!!

I purchased a product from iPawsPlus on Oct. 5...it's Oct. 30 and I still haven't received it yet. I emailed their customer service and received what must be an automated response...received the same response twice telling me to wait 10 and providing me the link to track my purchase. Going to report to the BBB.

Paid 15.00 for a ball for a dog. Box says cat ball and is too flimsy for a cat. Stay away. Took over 2 weeks to receive something I had to trash

Parcel has took over 11 days to arrive and still not been delivered and at a cost of £4.99
