I had inquires about umra visa.brother shahmeer helped me alot.he explained everything clearly.very good customer service..jazakaAllah khair brother.

This our second visit to Umrah through Islamic Travel. Mr. Awais assisted us from begins to end of our Umrah Journey. He is so helpful, kind and humble. He is perfectly gentleman always listen and cares. I liked how he talked and explained all packages with full of needs and honesty. All i want to say Mr. Awaiss provided us outstanding services very kind and humble. I do recommend Mr. Awais to others looking for Umrah Packages. Thank you so much to keep in touch all the ways untill end of our journey.

I contacted this company through recommendations from my daughter Feroz, who went to umrah this year.

As myself and my husband who are elderly with health problems.
Also the trip had to be affordable as we both are pensioners.

When I contacted the company I was put to Awaiz.
I couldn't ask for better person.
Then Awaiz...

Awaiz was polite, his approach had been very professional, patient and very knowledgeable.
When I didn't understand something he took time to clarified my concerns.

He want out his way to find the best option that would suit us.
Eg: suitable hotels that were close to the haraam.
Flights that were affordable to us.

He works so hard for us, I believe even after his call time.

Awaiz has impressed me so much that I don't know how to thank him.

I have been very satisfied with his customer service.

HE IS A ASSET TO HIS COMPANY...

I would highly recommend to everyone to ask for Awaiz to arrange a trip with him (1st class customer service)
Who deliver what you want, takes all aspects of your concern.

I pray Allah reward him his family in this world and hereafter.
Ameen ya rabil alameen.

Awaiz please accept my appreciation.

Thank you very much.

I am having booking with HUH, Mr.Shamir gave me umrah package. So far very good experience with them. Recommended

My family and I booked a family Umrah package with the Hajj-Umrah Hub and would like to thank the team for their support and assistance. Our special thanks go to Brother Hamad, who supported us with his advice and assistance until we returned from the Umrah. I'm already planning my next trip with HUH InShaAllah. I highly recommend this service.

Masha'Allah what a great service from start to finish. Ibtsaam was helpful from the beginning of our enquiries right to the point of when we returned to the UK and enquired how we were and how the experience went. They found the best package with the right hotels to suit our needs and it was a hassle free, stress free journey. They catered for whatever I had requested which included closeness of hotel, transfers and ziyarahs. They were efficient and extremely polite and hospitable. Communication with Ibtsaam was faultless, even when in Saudi I was able to get in touch with him with any questions. Thank you for a smooth journey there and back and may Allah swt give me Baraqah in the work you do. Highly recommend and have already done so!

Very knowledgeable with Umrah information. Ask for Mazhar.

Ibtisaam was very helpful and knowledgeable and was always at the end of the phone if we needed any help. Cannot recommend him highly enough

Please avoid at any cost
Very expensive package (1500£ for only 7 days at a 3 stars hotel in Macca ), transportation company is really bad and trying to contact them while in KSA and no one responds in 3 days now !!
However i was told by SANA that they are working 24/7.

Ali is someone i never meet in person but the service he provides for me and my sister is brilliant, we've been checked on every stage from makkah to Madinah, I will definitely recommend Ali and his service to family and friends, Thank you very much brother for your help.

Masya Allah, Highly recommended, never seen Ali in person, the guy who is looking after us from the beginning to the end of Our Umrah. Very satisfied with the services and the amount of help he offers even when we were in Madinah and Makkah, still checking on us if everything is alright. I would definitely get my friends and family to go through him. I can’t thank him enough.

I had an amazing experience with Islamic Travel for my Umrah visa and transport service. Their service is outstanding and extremely quick. Everything was handled smoothly without any delays. A special thanks to Agent Abdullah, who was very professional, helpful, and responsive throughout the process. He made everything simple and stress-free. I highly recommend Islamic Travel to anyone looking for reliable and excellent service.

I have a really good experience with you guys. I got my visa in three days.thanks for your quick service Ali

Really good experience booking our Umrah trip! It was quite seamless and smooth. Even whilst we were out there Ali stayed in touch asking if we needed anything, and if everything was ok! We have recommended Islamic travel to family members who have already booked their upcoming trip with them! I would definitely book with Islamic travel and Ali again!

We recently performed Umrah and booked our entire package through Umrah Islamic Travel. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and very well-organised. A special thanks to our agent, Mazhar, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process — from the initial booking to our return home.

Accommodation, flights, and visa processing were all handled seamlessly. The local arrangements in Saudi Arabia were reliable and punctual, especially the transport. The drivers were polite and efficient.

The only challenge we faced was a language barrier with the local transport drivers, as they spoke only Urdu/Hindi/Arabic. Since we only speak English, it was a bit difficult at times to communicate with them. That said, anyone who speaks Hindi or Urdu will have absolutely no issues — in fact, they’ll find the experience even smoother.

Overall, we’re very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Umrah Islamic Travel to others planning their pilgrimage.

I used this agency for umrah, it was a good experience and Mazhar was helpful.

Great experience dealing with Ali. He organised a Umrah trip for my family. Fantastic ground service where driver met them at the airport and for ziyarah. No delays and very punctual.

Sana was especially helpful and polite when enquiring about Umrah packages with suitable package prices provided - would 100% recommend
